I have had all my pets with Dr Ellis at Fort Mill Animal Hospital for years and I am always so happy with the compassion and genuine concern they have for my pets. I never feel like we are just another client but I feel like they know my pets like I do. I highly recommend. Also the convenience of being able to communicate via text to them and their prompt responses is lifesaving for this busy working mom!

Absolutely love this place. Been going here the last 16 years. Everyone is so friendly and the dr’s take the time to listen and really care about the animals they’re seeing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am so impressed with everyone at Fort Mill Animal Hospital. With a multi-senior dog household I’ve spent quite a bit of time here, for wellness and management of chronic and acute concerns.
The front office is organized. They very friendly and responsive to calls and texts. Sam does an amazing job of working in sick visits in a timely manner, same day if urgent. So many practices today leave little time for sick visits so I really appreciate this!
The nurses are very skilled and knowledgable and treat my dogs with so much kindness. I really appreciated Hector and Jessica’s help managing my mastiff and helping him through his vet anxiety following a traumatic ICU stay. He seems to love it here now! In fact last visit he sat down and refused to leave!
And can’t forget Ariel who manages Hiccup’s abundant energy with a positive and equally happy attitude.
Dr Culbertson has been our vet. I have to say she is by far the best vet I have had for my dogs. Her exams and very complete. She takes the time to explain the findings and comes up with effective treatment plans to address issues. I feel like she has been invested in my dogs care and a partner in improving the quality of life of my senior pack!
Max is back to standing on the fence to greet me when I get home from work! And can again sleep on his favorite couch!
What a wonderful hospital all around! You all do a difficult job with compassion!

I would not recommend putting your pets in Fort Mill Animal Hospital’s care. The receptionist and office manager are both extremely rude and condescending to their customers. They have confused the records of my pets, and were totally disinterested in trying to figure out what happened. They were quick to disregard my point of view. As a result, they were unable to solve this issue. I am incredibly disappointed in the staff here and urge anyone who is thinking of using this animal hospital for their services to reconsider and find a more down to earth and friendly veterinary office.

FMAH worked diligently & with much kindness when our 10 year old developed heart valve leak. Even though there’s many closer vets, we’re taking our newest family member to them as well. Everyone there is excellent at what they do.

The Doctors always explain what is going on with my older Lambchop who is now 16 years old. He always looks cool and calm when his visit is over so I know they took good care of him.
