Extremely rude. You make an appointment they expect you to wait 25 min. Appointments mean nothing. The only person who is good there is Tom. Poor with time management. Disrespectful. I should have listened to the other reviews. I gave them several chances. I always call if running 4 min behind. The only one I can say is respectful, nice, cares is Tom. If he is off… forget about it. Leave !!!That’s it for me. They never apologize!Services: Pedicure

Somewhat rude...didn't really listen to what I wanted and I came in with 3 other women..they had the same complaints especially for the price.Also we know what yall were talking about..google translate.translate.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Way over priced and don't give you what you ask for! Speak in their language and laugh, used Google translate and where talking about us. I spent 235.00 for 4 people. I will never go there again!Services: Nail art

We made an appointment for 4 people - we showed up on time, but there was a line of people already seated and a bunch more on the list. We waited for 45 minutes before 2 in our party were seated for their pedicures, the other 2 with appointments were not seated.The pedicure was not great, they were really rushed, and even tho I requested and paid for their upgraded pedicure, it was rushed and not all the services listed were provided. Once our pedicures were done, we realized that the other 2 in our party were never seated for either the pedicure or the manicure we booked appointments for. We asked how long it was going to be for the manicure and they said an hour. So even tho all 4 of us booked appointments for manicures and pedicures, they processed so many walk ins that after 3 hours only 2 of us had gotten pedicures... we cancelled everything else and left..Worst experience ever, the wait, the service, the quality of the service. We'll never be back.

Loved my experience. My nail tech was so gentle removing my previous SNS manicure and made sure not to damage my natural nails. He was also very polite. Only wish I would have asked him his name. My nails are exactly what I asked for!Services: Acrylic nails

Last visit was not a good experience. The disconnect of what I wanted because the manager was busy getting other associates to get to "preferred" customers, whether scheduled or walk-ins. Everything I had previously wanted was ignored, but I paid with a good tip and now am aware of.

I’ve been coming here for close to a year and they do a great job! Everyone is welcoming and my wait minimal (if there is one). The place is clean and provides great service. As a Mom, this is my ‘me time’ and I feel great after leaving here. I highly recommend Fendi Nails.Services: Manicure

Terrible. They get mad when you point out what you want fixed and there's no apex on my acrylics, terrible shaping!!! And lumpy acrylic, her acrylic beads were too runny which led to poor cuticle work and flooding on my nails. I asked for brown French tips and these are possibly a French tip that would look good on short nails but on long nails, I look ridiculous. I will NEVER go here again. If I could I would give zero stars. My mom loves this place but I refuse to go with her anymore.

i just got my nails done about 5 minutes ago from this place with 2 other people .. the lady who did my nails cut almost every one of my fingers right by the cuticle so everything they put on my nails after that point burned . and then she took 2 of them off to re do and yet they still came out messed up . if i could give a zero stars i would . 100% do not recommend this place . not worth the $60 . (the nails in this picture are after i went somewhere else to get them fixed! but you can see where the previous place cut me !)Service: Acrylic nails

Awful. I got my nails done today for a fill in. The lady who did my nails cut every one of my fingers and all the products afterwards burned my fingers. My design nails the one looks fine but the one on my left hand looks awful. I had her fix it and then she re did it and it looks just as bad. The gel and acrylic does not even go down the sides of my nail. My gel polish is streaky. I would 100% not recommend this place! Not worth $46 dollars or my time!Services: Gel manicure

i just got my nails done here today and she cut my fingers up and the acrylic is so lumpy .. tried to get my money back and they said that's not fair because they were losing money and that we were "harassing" them . my cousin got her nails done too and they did a horrible job ! got very defensive when we tried to get a refund . they had a hard time even giving us half of our money back and proceeded to ignore us when we asked for the owners number .. ridiculous p.s my nails should not BURN when i put them under WATER !! she tried to tell me she dient cut my cuticles if there was no proof you can see where the acrylic is lumpy and my butterfly nail is not even at the top . the last photo is of my pinky fingers where you can see the difference and my fingers are red at the cuticle where she cut me , you can physically see the cuts .

For someone who is extremely picky, and used to just do my own nails at home because I'm so picky, I took the chance and they have been great every single time! The price may vary as I do something different each time.

The lady who did one of my daughters nails was pleasant but the lady with the blonde hair who collected the money was extremely rude and we would never go back. Bad experience.

I had a SNS manicure and basic pedicure in May 2021. Returned the next month on 6/1 for the same service and the price increased $8. Then I was charged 2% additional for using my credit card. When I complained, the technician mentioned the owner was charging more to make up for loss COVID business. My response was "This is not right and I won't be back". They do a good job, but hold on to your hat. Their pricing is way too high.
