I waited 15 minutes for this family dollar on doby bridge to open, joined by 2 other customers… It’s 9:05am and the door is locked I started to call 911 thinking something may have been wrong…. If not they need new management or if they do not want to serve people… Then CLOSE!!!

I watched a man try to return a cooler today at this location and the customer was treated absolutely terrible by the store manager Joseph who actually called the cops on the customer for trying to return an item.The Store manager told the man he would not take the cooler back because he didn’t purchase at the Fort MillLocation even though the man had a receipt .The man asked for the managers name and the Store Manager Joseph asked if the customer was illiterate. I could not believe my ears.The man pulled up the return policy which says he can return the cooler to any location and the manager responded “I’m not taking that back and I’m calling the cops.”The manager then called the cops and stepped outside.This manager is the worst employee of a company I have ever witnessed, his own employees working at the store were shaking their heads in disgrace. There are also videos of this all happening.

For the past 6 months, every time I stopped to shop the family dollar, the doors are locked. The lights are on the reset is done but there is no way to get into the store. I wonder if corporate knows that this store constantly has their doors locked? I used to shop there all the time and relied on it heavily. However now, it seems like it's functional but locks it stores to the public. Is that weird? I'm referring to the family Dollar off dobie's bridge Road in Fort Mill South carolina.

Terah, the store manager is so helpful. Good variety of items and very clean store. They even sell cloths. Household items, milk, snacks, over the counter medication etc Some items are one dollar and others go up to five. I shop here frequently and it's wonderful. ?
