Too long to write the whole story….let’s just say I will never be back and the staff and manager were rude and did not do the right thing for a 2 year old sick toddler!

I've been using this CVS since it opened. The biggest issue I have is that even though it is noted in the computer and labels for my meds are printed appropriately that I need a NON SAFETY CAP, apparently not everyone reads well. Today I received yet another Rx for pills that has a safety cap on it. I can't get those caps off and have to wait for someone to come and do it for me.
Also today, I picked up a medicine that was CVS brand, although my doctor prescribed a regular brand. My cost for meds right now is 0, having met my deductible. This CVS brand cost $11.55. , telling me my insurance won't cover it. Of course not, they don't pay for OTC items! I could have purchased this from Amazon for considerably less than what I paid CVS.
The pharmacist there, I believe is from Nigeria and I simply cannot u nderstand his speech. In addition, he is rude and not the least bit helpful. And he has actually lied to me about my meds.
Time to switch pharmacies.

We have always been fond of CVS, but our recent experience at the CVS Pharmacy at 1919 Springfield Pkwy, Fort Mill, SC 29715, has made us reconsider. If anyone asks for a recommendation, we will share our incident and the poor service we received.
During our visit on Saturday, we encountered an African American pharmacist (whose name we do not know) who was very rude and unhelpful. It felt as though we were in the wrong place for our pharmacy needs. We were looking for Sodium Chloride (0.9%) Sterile/Saline water and showed him a picture on our mobile phone to avoid any confusion. He dismissively told us that they don't sell the product and that we needed to go to a health supplier. Since we had never been to such shops before, we asked if he could suggest one. He rudely replied that he didn't know and walked away.
We decided to browse the store aisles ourselves and, to our surprise, found the Sodium Chloride (0.9%) spray along with the gauge pads we needed. It's unfortunate how the pharmacist misinformed us. While it's understandable that one might not be aware of every product, what truly matters is how you communicate, the tone of your response, and the attitude you show towards customers. It was clear that he had no intention of helping us. This was a very unfortunate incident.

Online site wasn’t working to check status of prescription so I tried calling to verify if my child’s prescription was ready. I was on the phone for over 10 minutes and no one answered. I drove to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and was told to come back the next morning. As a nurse myself, I would never turn away a patient in need of a prescription if they were there in person! Unacceptable. It is not the patient’s fault you are understaffed.

They don’t answer their phones so it’s not possible to know if they have medication in stock or not. I had to drive to the location to find out that they didn’t have my medicine and they didn’t know when they would have it. I had to call my doctor since they couldn’t transfer it.They said they were “too busy” to answer the phones. So they expect customers to drive instead.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Pharmacy staff is not only incompetent but they are rude and unprofessional! THE STORE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I've been with CVS for over 20 years in several different states and locations and THIS IS THE WORST!! If they make a mistake which is more often than it should be they refuse to admit it and they blame the customer. The Asian female pharmacist was condescending and she needs to learn how to deal with customers who are upset...no one WANTS to take medication! The least the employes can be is compassionate and courteous not dismissive and RUDE!!

A pharmacy should not be closing at 7pm during the week. It definitely should Not be closing at 6pm or earlier on the weekend

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! I have been trying to get my pain medicine filled for THREE DAYS AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE! I have used the app and this morning it said that authorization had been obtained from my doctor, but now it says that authorization is required. I have talked to my pain management team and they have already confirmed everything with the insurance company and YOU AT CVS. PLEASE FILL MY PRESCRIPTION BEFORE I AM ADMITTED TO THE ER WITH A STROKE.
