Arrived at 12:29 PM. I was the only customer in the store. The woman in the pharmacy saw me coming and said: “we are closed for lunch." I said, "Come on. Please. I am the only person here and it's only one prescription. I drove all the way over here to get it." She replied: "we are closed for lunch!" and slammed the roller bind shut in my face. NEVER AGAIN! I had my prescriptions transferred to Harris Teeter where the pharmacists are very nice and efficient and the cost of my RX lower. The last one was free!

Checkout was delightful because the team member made me feel valued. She greeted me when I came and wished me a great day when I left. She was happy, professional
knowledgeable, efficient, quick and helpful! Great experience as always when she is there!!

Terrible new system. Had a prescription that needed a refill request sent. Couldn’t find option for that thru app. App was just saying not ready for refill (wld be ready in 2 days which wld make it a Sunday when my dr wld not be available )Tried to leave voice mail twice and got cut off. Tried to call store and speak to anyone and got cut off. Tried to hit option 2 to speak to pharmacy ( the one that asks if ur a healthcare provider,- hated to do it but was desperate to speak to someone and got cut off. Really considering moving my prescriptions to a place that I can speak to someone when needed.

Nice clean and nicely laid out phamacy and drug store. Can get your prescriptions as well as some vaccines.Got a big selection of over the counter drugs and vitamins. You also have toiletries and some convenient items.

Pharmacy is horrible medicine is never ready even after getting the text at 9am and come pick up around 1 and told have to come back at 2 because they go to lunch at 1:30 by the manager chandler even though you was there way before and was told medicine was ready at 9 and you really need the rx due to surgery

Customers are rude and entitled. They have no idea what it’s like to work in a busy pharmacy with massive amounts of prescriptions, medication shortages and backorders that are out of their hands and the stress of people who refuse to be reasonable, patient or have any sense of decency. They are always ready to take out their frustration on the techs and pharmacists who have no control over these things and are trying their best. I worked in pharmacy for years, and I could never go back. Too much. Thanks for showing up to work, guys!

This place is terrible. I called to ask if my son’s prescription was ready for pick up. No one told me they needed updated insurance information. I waited in a 15 minute line to be told I could not get it filled until I called to update my prescription insurance. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes updating it with them. The woman was rude when I asked how long until I can pick it up. She said I’m doing lots of things while trying to help you. Isn’t her job to help me? Bad experience! Would not recommend coming here.

Employees working here on 12/20 at 9:50 pm are sooo lazy, don’t know why they even bother working in CVS is the are not willing to help.

I cannot believe how difficult it is to get a prescription filled at this location. They obviously have more work than they can do. Car line backed up, inside line backed up, no help provided when you call them. I was told to call the other store after waiting meds for 4 days.

I visited CVS today on the corner of Springfield Parkway and 160. We shop here regularly but will not do so in the future. We went out of our way to shop here for our sick grandchildren meds. The poor guy up front could not get anyone to come assist him and the automated machine would not work properly. He had to void our purchase and so when I attempted to rescan everything it would not credit me the $7. Coupon. He did not know how to fix it and asked for assistance. No one came so he said we had to pay full price. So I did what any other consumer would do. I left everything and went to Walgreens. I really preferred CVS but I guess no more. Bye CVS!
