We all are human and humans make mistakes. It’s not about the mistake but how you rectify it. This company deserves 10 stars. I called for some last minute trophies for my youth basketball team. They were super fast I’m having them prepared. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed that the inserts were baseball and it was after hours with them being closed for the weekend. I emailed with my issue and got an immediate response. They sent someone back to the store and fixed my trophies quickly! My kids will be super excited tonight all because of the company’s amazing customer service. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Very thankful for Crown Trophy and their staff! Ruth and Josie have been nothing but accommodating. In our current world that doesn't seem to value Customer Service, Crown Trophy exceeds expectations.10/10 recommend!

We have used Crown for the past few years and have not regretted it a single time.I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to for them. On two occasions, we had emergency need for awards and they worked overnight and on the weekend to get them done for us.There's nothing like a local company who takes care of their customers. Next time you think about saving a few dollars ordering from an online company, think again.5 stars, hands down.

I contacted these folks the day before I needed several basketball trophies for my young daughter's team. Not only did that have it done SAME DAY, but they were affordable, adorable and the kids absolutely LOVED them! Thank you so much!!
