Caisher walked away from us to fill his drink while we were paying. Had to ask if the machine froze up and another lady said on no he forgot to hit the button. Then had to ask her for a recipet. He finally walked back to the register with his drink.

I truly appreciate this location. It's 25 minutes from where I live to this location. Gas burns much slower than the other Stations. Rite price also using the circle k app. 5 Starts

Circle K located at 681 US-21 BYP, Fort Mill, SC 29715 it’s very good Circle K Neu occasionally is understaffed. Typically there are well stocked, and their soda dispensing machines are full. I love the prices and the convenience of numerous locations. The staff is nice and most of the time there isn’t a wait really at all, though during busy times there can be await as this is a very popular location.

Convenient to the highway. Plenty of pumps. Store was nice and clean. Bathroom was decent.

Poorly staffed! Pumps don’t print receipts because employees don’t do there job! Expect you to come inside and wait in line to get a receip?! Manager sitting in the floor and was rude I guess because she had to get her sloppy a.s up and do her job! Don’t like what you do you something different to do! If the owner reads these? She needs to be fired immediately! And the young guy working the other register, obviously needs better training. I assume he learned under her which is a terrible mistake! I will not be going back to that store one right down the street will be getting my dollars from now on! ✌️

If I could put zero stars I would. I have experienced some really bad rude customer service and when I decide to speak to the manager she showed no concern or was really trying to hear anything. I understand supporting your team members however if they are being rude to customers that should be addressed. I will never go to any circle k again.

I love this store. As a customer and as once an employee they are welcoming and nice. The store manager is the best and does everything she can to make that store run awesome!

Bathrooms are dirty but the rest of the store is clean. The coffee is great and surprisingly cheap!
