I felt like she didn't even try. I don't know why she didn't communicate if she felt lost. I showed her the picture and even asked if it was possible . The layers are uneven and I feel even more awkward than before.

Mallory did a great job with my color and cut today. I had been going to the same hair stylist for 11 years. Needed to change due to life change. I'm picky about hair. She took a lot of time adjusting my color and understanding what I was looking for style wise. Mallory made spot on recommendations. Thank you Mallory for making me look and feel pretty again.
