I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this is a long time coming. I've been going to Sean and Mike for about 5 or 6 years now. The main thing I look for in auto repair is honesty. I've been through alot of mechanics in my time. And in the past I've always had red flags come up with every mechanic I've ever dealt with. I've not had one red flag or question ever with Sean or Mike. I always know that if I have any problem with my vehicles whether it be Sean or Mike they will do everything they can to help me with whatever the situation is.

I was having an issue with my AC. I scheduled an appointment and the team at CARS were able to resolve my issue in under an hour and at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Recently had the air conditioning on our Ford Explorer go out during a trip to Florida and back. The team at CARS got us an estimate quickly, booked us the earliest possible appointment, and had us back on the road in a day.
I usually do my own work - but A/C is beyond my abilities. I will definitely consider CARS for future repairs!
UPDATE: one of the parts on the above repair had failed. CARS made room on the schedule and got it fixed immediately. Great service and perfect solution to the issue. ??

I had trouble with my AC and battery draining. I already had my battery checked on another shop where they told me it was still good and had problems with the starter. (Starter is expensive) . I am glad I went to CARS and they charged me reasonable for the diagnostics for AC and were confident to override prior diagnosis which turned out to be more accurate(less expensive). Proves their expertise and honesty. Would highly recommend this place for any diagnostics and repairs.

My car broke down recently in Fort Mill South Carolina .. I live in the lake Norman area so I had a problem on my hands until someone recommended that I give Michael a call at CARS in Ft Mill . What more could you want from an auto repair shop, honesty, reliability, and even some hospitality thrown in .. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. Charged a fair price for a job well done. If you need an honest, quality auto repair shop - this is the place. After contacting the shop about a coolant leak, they booked an appointment for me the next business day. My car was diagnosed, repaired, and ready for me to safely go on my way in one day. No games, no overselling, just an honest assessment of the problem and reasonable pricing. After moving here from out of state, it is a relief to take my car to this shop and know that they will be straight with me about the repairs I do (or don't) need. And ladies, you won't be talked down to here (I've experienced that in other places). Cannot recommend this facility enough!Service: General repairs & maintenance
