I have worked with this company for over 27 years. They have helped me to buy and sell 2 homes of my own and I would never use anyone else. Both of my kids have also bought and sold a number of homes with our company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an agent. They have truly been a great place to work for me. This is a wonderful company managed by an amazing person, Peter Hall. He goes out of his way for his agents and inspires them to go above and beyond the call for all their clients. I would send my family to them if they were in need of real estate assistance in the Fort Mill area. Very ethical and trustworthy.

Poor communication, late returning our security deposit and tried to take nearly half of it for things that weren't done. Did finally return it after I made it clear that we would take them to court over it. Pretty shady business. Would not recommend.

Jessica is the most intuitive, hardworking realitor I have met in the area. She helped us look for houses a few weekends when we came down from NY, and was able to know exactly what I wanted when she continued to look at houses for me when I couldn't be there. I actually trusted her enough to make an offer on a house I hadn't even been to. It was the right choice! We found "the house" in less than a few weeks and we love it!

This review is for Sabine Storsberg at Century 21 First Choice in Ft. Mill, SC. Having dealt with numerous agents through the purchase, selling and rental of many properties, I can honestly say Sabine is in a class by herself. Her dedication to selling our problematic home was unbelievable. When work needed to be done, she recommended trusted contractors and stayed on them to get the work done (small things to major work). When a pressure cleaner did not power wash the home to her satisfaction, she called him back and had him redo the work. She would even go as far as going to the DIY stores to find replacements for broken parts in our house. I had moved out of state when the house was placed for sale and she communicated with me every step of the way, no matter the day of the week or the hour of the day. I believe the only reason the house sold was because of her recommendations. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Ft. Mill area. You will not be disappointed. Good luck.
