I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of, they are very transparent with repairs & costs if you really need it or if it can hold off. “I don’t like most car washes because they mess up my cars, but I use this car wash for my Wrangler and it is second to none. The customer service is great, they do a great job getting all of the mud off the car before it goes in the wash and my clear coat holds up to it. I can’t speak to all locations, but the one in Fort Mill on 160 is great.”

I pay $50/month for an unlimited membership and with 2 kids, it's a great value. If I do a good cleaning once a month, it's $60 so it really pays for itself. “Alec deserves an immediate promotion or at least acknowledgement and reward. I’m a monthly subscription member and come here all the time but today the wash did NOT do a great job. When I swung back around the front, Alec was there and said he’ll get it taken care of.
The man spent 5 whole minutes using nothing but a sponge and elbow grease and practically hand washed my entire truck before running me back through the machine. Went above and beyond when I was just gonna drive it through again and be done. And he did it with a smile. Great man, thanks Alec”
