I spoke with someone via email and on the phone regarding bringing my dog in for an interview. NEITHER of these people bothered to tell me that I needed to bring her vaccine records with me. The only thing we discussed on the phone regarding vaccines is that the canine spectra vaccines that you can administer yourself were sufficient as proof of vaccination, other than rabies. I was never once told to bring these for the interview. I wasted a 40 minute round trip to have the woman at the front desk go on and on about "I'm so sorry, I thought so and so told you to bring them." An absolute disorganized, joke of a facility.

The staff were so attentive and helpful on our first stay at Camp Bow Wow. After watching our dog on the cameras, he clearly loved the environment. We will be back again soon!

We paid extra for a bath for our dog and for her nails to be trimmed. As far as we can tell neither was done and if they were done, they were done poorly. In addition to that, our dog as come back with minor injuries and has lost noticeable amounts of weight. The first time this happened, I was willing to pass it off as a busy or bad day for the workers that day. The second time I started getting suspicious. This was the third time and third strike you're out. We won't be using Camp Bow Wow any more.

They have the friendliest staff. Our pup loved going there and it will definitely be our place of choice for doggie boarding and day camps.

Great staff that take great care of my dog while he is there. They just need to learn to put him up anytime they plan to have the hose out! He's obsessed!

Awesome place!! Your dog is in good hands here and will be happy to return next time you go. It's a good place for socialization practice and if you feel like your dog just needs something to do. The staff are also true dog lovers so you know your companion is in the best hands.

Great place for dogs and dog parents. Offers daycare, boarding, grooming,and enrichments. All at reasonable prices. They also work with an organization that helps save shelter dogs and provides them shelter and food until they get adopted. They treat all dogs as if they are family.

Everyone at Camp Bow Wow is super friendly and love working with all of the dogs. I like that they have a large indoor and outdoor area for the dogs to play.

My puppy had a wonderful time. The workers are sweet and love on all the doggies. I will definitely bring my puppy back for day camp, boarding and grooming.

This was our 3rd attempt to find a location for our dog. Camp Bow Wow did a wonderful job to interview our dog and to make sure she was compatible with all the other dogs. We loved the special attention she received which made us feel like someone else really cares for her too! The cameras on the App give us piece of mind and we love that she gets plenty of play time and has the freedom to be either inside or outside!
