Kelly Cahill is a TOP NOTCH realtor!!!! Coming from out of state I only knew of 2 locations that were suitable for my family.She listened and covered all bases (during covid)Once we found a place we wanted she sat with us and went through all the paperwork with the builder!She AND her partner were even waiting for us downstairs in the lobby the day of closing!!!She's a class act, and will not hesitate recommending her to my clients!!!!KUDOS KELLY!!!

Kelly is AMAZING. She is so wonderful and everyone should want her on your side. She was extremely patient with us, never once made us feel like a burden even though some days I know we were. She always had our best interest in mind no matter what, and never judged any of our decisions or made us feel bad for the choices we made. She was extremely organized and always stayed on top of things, and even checked in with us when there wasn't anything going on just to make sure we were good. She is so kind, sweet and caring and anyone would feel fortunate to work with her. I would highly recommend her and wish her all the best as she made our dream home come true!

Tracey is the best. Due to my price point and the limited inventory in the market, we had to be ready to jump on a house. Anytime I had the slightest interest in a home Tracey would immediately setup a time to view the property. Often times we would view the property within a few hours of texting her. She was always there to answer any questions I had and not to mention handled a complicated contract/closing flawlessly. You cannot go wrong with Tracey!

Kelly was so helpful! She patiently answered all my questions, was very accommodating when I wanted to look at the same house 5 times (just to be sure it was THE ONE), and was proactive when a complication arose just before closing. My dad is a Realtor in Alabama, and he plans to work with Kelly when he's ready to move to the Carolinas for retirement.
