Amazing staff. The team is friendly and professional every time I walk in the lobby. Best Truist location in the area by far.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Truist location. Obviously this branch was a BB&T branch before the merge with SunTrust because we consistently get the same terrible customer service from former BB&T locations.Linda Lizarraga, at this location, was so rude and not at all helpful. She prefers to argue instead of listening to the customer and trying to be helpful. She literally followed us to the door, arguing but telling my husband to stop. I finally had to tell her that if she would quit following him to the door, pointing her finger at him and provoking him even more that we would leave, yet she continued. I had to go back onto the office (I was already out the door) tell her, please for the love of God, go back to your office and quit arguing with my husband, and she finally did.I'll never be back to this location.

This branch seems to do things differently than others. Pretty sad they can’t notarize for a customer like another branch did before.

This is the worst Truist branch. I’ve personal , business, and mortgage with them. Not a big fan of Truist anyway because their services are always slow not sure it’s their system or banker. But this specific branch is unique. It seems they have piece of paper available to put any time saying “Lobby is closed due circumstances beyond our control please use Drive Through”.If I need access to my locker how can I do that from Drive Through. If I need assistance from Banker how can i do it on Drive Through.Whatever service you provide on Drive Through can be done by ATM or online. We need Banking Center for service that cannot be provided by ATM or Online. It seems like his branch forget the reason why Banking Center exists. Truist you become sixth largest bank but you went way below in customer service with your services and people. You need to up your game or you will lose to other top five who offers way better customer service than Truist.

This is a long overdue review but must be told. Our family has lived here for over 20 years & we decided we wanted to change banks. BB&T seemed like a good fit for us so one morning several years ago we made plans that after I dropped off our youngest child at school- that I would go to the branch in Fort Mill & make it happen. I grabbed our mail out of the mail box that morning as I knew after dropping my son off- there would be some time to fill while I waited for the bank to open. I stopped at Starbucks, pulled into the FRONT of the building after making sure there were no "no parking" signs- I parked in the 2nd space that was closest to 160- so my car was facing 160 & the back of my car was facing that front of the bank. I'm guessing it was around 8:15am- so it was very bright out. I turned on the Bob & Sheri radio show & started going through the mail. About 15 minutes later a woman came out of the bank & walked up to my car. My windows are not tinted so I'm fairly certain she could see I was alone. Regardless I had my window open. I believe she was the bank manager & as she asked me what I was doing there-- she took an obvious look inside my car. I have nothing to hide- I just found it odd & a bit rude how she surveyed my car.However- it is a bank- so I get it - although I certainly didn't think I fit the profile of a bank robber lol. I was in my mid 50's & a woman with my car wrapped with in memory of photos of my daughter (killed on Gold Hill by DUI homicide) I tell the woman politely that I'm just going thru my mail while I waited for them to open. It was clear by her attitude she didnt like me parked out there for whatever reason so i decided this is not the type of bank i want to do business with & I start my car & all of a sudden I notice several police cars are all around me!!! I knew i hadnt done anything wrong - so i pulled out and headed home to Tega Cay. The police followed me all the way home!!! They came up to my car, did not even ask for my drivers license or paperwork on the car which its pretty obvious its my car as most people know me for speaking out on the news about no charges being filed dui to SC does NOT carry a breathalyzer! Even though 3 people died & the SCHP told me they knew the sole survivor was underage & had been drinking- they instead allowed him to call a friend & never charged him for his part in the crash. See Enact Kelli's Law on FB for more info on how to save you & your families lives.I asked the officer if i had done anything wrong & he said no but said they got a call from the bank (duh) & the manager there thought i seemed "suspicious" ... sitting in my anti DUI car sorting the mail, drinking coffee & listening to the Bob & Sherry radio show waiting for the bank to open. So of course the police left. It was humiliating to have more than one police car following me all the way home to say the least. Needless to say we didnt switch to BB&T Bank & NEVER will. I am including photos of both my cars since im not sure which car i was in that humiliating day. Thx for reading even if it gets deleted.. i will know at least one person read it. xo Pam, still Kelli's mom at Enact Kelli's Law on FB. ps: the bank never called to appologize to me either & i'm sure the police knew my number & address.

Very slow service. Stayed in line for over 50 minutes. Only served 3 or 4 cars before us. Closed the window by the time we got there at 12:03pm on Saturday. Zero customer service concept, 100% Bankers' mentality.

You need real change. Not one review has a response from anyone in charge of this google account. Action is the best response. Get it together. You’re a Fortune 500 company with endless resources.

These people always slow. Sit in line for over 30 mins. They have 6 people inside and only 1 teller. I would give it no stars if i could. They need help badly

BB&T discriminates against businesses and small business. While businesses deposit large sums of money BB&T charge them $65 to wire funds while personal accounts only are charged $30. How is this even legal?? Blantant discrimination!!! Tried to wire cash and they would not wire cash. Is this still America?? Moving accounts that have over 7 figures to a bank that is equal and fair to all!!

Have been a BB&T customer for 30 years. I am a single mom and just received a large pay check Thursday that I desperately needed so I had my son deposit it for me on Friday morning to get it in there as fast as possible. When I looked at my account on Monday, they show it being held for 10 days! I verified that the person who wrote the check has already been debited the funds so I called and was told the Fort Mill branch would be the only ones who could release the hold, but they refused! They have my money and won't let me have it, and it is causing things to bounce! I have to wait until all pending items clear, but I will be taking my accounts elsewhere!

Didn't have a notary at this branch. Typical situation at all BB&Ts in the area. Very frustrating when you offer notary services to your customers yet cannot provide them

This Bank sucks. Very unprofessional lack of knowledge in each and everyone of this BB&T that I have visit they do not seem to know what they doing. Super slow to post a transaction a lot of mistakes made when I open the account. System is always down To access online. they very good to charge you for an overdraft for a mistake they did but it takes 3 hands full of people just to refund you back your money. Save the headache and go to a better and well trained bank.

The bank itself is good, however, I question their fraud policies. I was with my father this week for Thanskgiving and he needed a new TV; he has been with BB&T for well over 10 years. We went to Walmart, found the one he wanted, but, when he went to pay with his debit card the transactions was declined...twice. This was extremely embarrassing to my father, to be declined twice in front of the cashier and other customers who witnessed the event, who naturally were making the assumption he didn't have the funds available.
