Due to Assistant glitch, they lost $8000 of money. They admitted to losing our money ton several days before they had any answers very condescending disrespectful people most importantly incompetent.

I had a telephone consult with Shamika, the financial manager at the location. The only bank location since Covid that has picked up the phone (rather than asking to make an appointment and following it up that the first appointment is 2 weeks away - typical bank of america answer) and gave me great information on the locker, titling of the locker, and ensuring that the locker was in included in our financial plan for our successors to enjoy after us. She was courteous, helpful, stayed on the phone through all my questions, and was patient with me through this long encounter. I wish the empathy, knowledge, service oriented personality/skill that was demonstrated by Shamika is practiced by others at the Bank of America. I will keep my account at this bank for just one reason - and that would be Shamika. Thank you Shamika for being a great asset to the bank.

I LOVE this Bank of America branch! It's convenient and I visit Ms. Rosa Juarez on a regular basis, as my company often requires her Notary services. She is such a ray of sunshine and treats me like like family EVERY TIME I go in! I appreciate that I've been able to build a relationship with Rosa, where she knows what I'm there for and she gets the job done quickly and efficiently with zero mistakes. She knows her stuff and will put a smile on your face every time you leave her office. Guaranteed!

The teller...why is she so slow? There is one window in the entire bank, and the one lady is slow as Christmas. They need to move her to a different position or to a bank with more windows. I avoid this brand if at all possible because she's so terrible.

We have been banking with BOA for years and have always appreciated the convenience of its downtown location. I had the pleasure of visiting the branch yesterday, and I must commend Tierra for her exceptional service. She displayed a high level of professionalism, patience, and understanding throughout our interaction. Tierra went above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Her expertise and customer-centric approach left a lasting positive impression on me. Tierra demonstrated initiative, efficiency and terrific customer service by recognizing a cancellation in her schedule, and taking my son and I as walk-ins. She was well-spoken, concise in her points, and treated my son with the same warmth and respect as she showed me. She also demonstrated significant ability and knowledge of the computer systems and products that she offered that were relevant to our visit. While establishing my son with a new account, she was sure to take the time to point out everything that he needed to know, and demonstrated patience as he learned the process. Nothing but great things to say about this young lady.

I am getting married this year. One of the payments for my venue was due today. I appreciate Bank of America for flagging a $6000 payment as potential fraud. It was indeed a correct payment however, since my venue wasn’t able to process the payment with just a card swipe, I did have to get a cashiers check. I stopped at this location. Maybe 15 minutes before they closed on Friday. They were definitely very busy. The teller (with laid edges) was the friendliest teller I’ve interacted with at any boa location. She congratulated me multiple times, and apologize for the wait time (even thought it wasn’t long at all) and just was so kind, efficient and def made me feel valued as a boa client. I had quick interactions with two other employees at that location and the gentlemen with the cool button up was also super friendly and the woman with the pretty baby blue nails was super bubbly and welcoming. Props to this location for having such quality employee that treat the clients with professionalism and amazing customer service!

I am very disappointed, as a long time customer, it is not a bank where they care about and know their customers . You walk in the door- why are you here- can you do your transaction on the ATM? I rarely go in to a branch as I do almost all my banking online I have to say I was truly disappointed in my encounter at this branch.

I wish I could give BOA a zero star rating. This review portal won't let me. Pulled up to cash a check. Signs in the doors said "Temporarily Closed." How long is temporary? I guess I have to go to Pineville, if that branch is open! Banks are supposed to be serving their customers NOT their stock holders.

Bank of America does all it can to drive away customers. I know "Bankers Hours" are real, but in the past you could still walk into a bank at any time during those hours and see a teller almost immediately or talk to an account manager with a short wait. BoA has made it where you have to wait sometimes 45 minutes for a teller, and good luck talking to anyone about an account problem. Schedule an appointment? Sure. Problem is their appointment calendar is booked solid for the next 2+ weeks! I did notice they have a team for "social media support". Here's an idea! Train them to instead work as an actual BANKER!!!If you are just getting started with banking or are looking to switch banks, STRONGLY recommend against BoA.

Today I went during lunch to cash a check and was helped by Tierra, she was the nicest person! I thought I was going to be in line for a long time but it was actually empty! Tierra was a very great helper, she made me have a pleasant and unstressed experience! If You get the chance to get helped by her, promise your time will be at ease with her! 10/10 :)

The amount of SNOBBERY I was just subjected to is disturbing. I don’t deal with personal checks on a daily basis and to be honest I can’t even remember the last time I handled one. But this woman with whom I had to interact with was just outright rude with no self preservation. Even when I explained to her I wasn’t knowledgeable about how personal checks are handled.. definitely check your staffs etiquette when it comes to interactions with customers.
