When I go there to do my banking there is a slight wait but everyone there is very nice and professional.

Good service if you plan to go there and know what you want to get done. This is Covid times ... you have to plan. Let's say you don't plan, then you have to deal with the fact that they may or may not be able to help. How straight forward is that? Clear. Crystal clear.
