To whom it may concern my name is James i’ve been with AutoZone over five years and current .I just want to commend your company on employing one of your employees by the name of Brody he went beyond customer service to help me out. He went to the community, his immediate friends to help me it’s a rare to find people like that, I don’t know your company where else you can promote him to but I’m pretty sure he deserves it. The best thing about AutoZone is the way the staff helps solve problems. This one was no different. The actually had to order my part but when it came it I had confidence it was the right part for my problem because of the guys help.

Had a super ? experience tonight with the guys at this AutoZone, they were both very helpful in getting me the parts I needed and gave me some money saving tips as well !! A huge thank you and shout out to JOHN & JOSIAH for making a stressful car problem much easier to fix!!! John even gave us a battery jump with his own car at 9pm as the store was closing!! Now that’s going above & beyond!! THANKS GUYS!! This store will continue to be our top pick for all things car related!! ?

every time i come in there, they are so dismissive and rude. im standing in line to be serviced next and the employee on duty asked the men behind me if they needed anything first. i've been in fort mill over ten years and every time i have to go in there i leave angry and not helped. no one is ever able to be kind me. i go any other autozone and they are always extremely helpful even if they're not so nice about it.

Just had the WORST experience in the store on 160. Specially because of Johnathan C. "Parts service manager" with "customer satisfaction" on his name tag. What an absolute JOKE!! Johnathan was the rudest employee I have EVER delt with in all my years of shopping with AutoZone. Came in to pickup and online order and to also do a warranty replacement. Was told that NOBODY in the store knew how to lookup or even process a warranty exchange when I have never had any issues before. Johnathan huffed and puffed the entire time even just looking it up in the computer, was completely unwilling to even try or reach out to a manager who actually KNEW what they were doing. It's no wonder AutoZone has gone downhill with employees like Johnathan C. I will never be shopping with AutoZone again and will take my business down the street to Advanced Auto who actually gives a hoot about their customers and are actually HELPFUL and train their employees to do a simple warranty exchange. Customer lost for life all because of Johnathan C's attitude.

My daughter and I were there on January 10, 2023, around 1 PM and the three people in there were so extremely helpful and nice considering we have no idea what we’re doing lol ! Thank you for being so sweet and it’s nice when you walk into a business in the first thing you’re greeted with a smile and asking to be helped I want to say his name is Jacob or Justin and then the other two were so sweet great place that’s all!
