Cole was awesome, I came to check out the new 24 ultra and Cole knew everything about it, and showed me all the new AI features on the new phone. He listened to all my needs for my phone use and answered all of my questions. I will most definitely return for all my AT&T needs, everyone in this store is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend to all my friends and family

I want to express my deep gratitude to Jeff at AT&T store in Indian Land, who professionally help me in very difficult times for me having lost my Apple ID and damaged my phone. He went above and beyond investing almost one hour guiding me in the whole process of getting in touch with Apple representatives and kindly assisted me lending me a device and even his seat to get in touch with Apple representatives. He really made my day in times in desperation and I am leaving this store with everything resolved with a lot of hope and looking forward to come back again in the near future. Five Stars and more! I also recommend all the protection plans with Asurion because they can save you a lot of money and time.

Unimpressed.Zero extra effort given before being told "there is nothing we can do for you" in a dismissive tone by a store manager.Wonder if this is a corporate attitude or this particular location.

The rep who was assisting me could not communicate to me what was wrong with my phone. His answer was "I don't know." To express to a customer that you don't know, in my opinion is very unprofessional and I will not return to that location again if another problem should occur. Thank you.

I can’t begin to describe how thrilled I am with the level of service I received at this store. I wanted to buy a new phone for my daughter. The sales team was incredibly helpful in helping me make my choice. I had a complicated situation and they were with me every step of the way. Vivi is fantastic! I will be doing all of my phone shopping here going forward.

I bought a new iPhone in Indian land and Jeffrey was my salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Asked me if I was an AARP member and I got a discount. I’ve never had any ATT salesman ask me that. So for the best service ask for Jeffrey in Indian Land.

This location lied, said I would get a free watch with first net didn't learn that that promotion was over a long time ago talking to corporate and that another line in place of the watch was attached to my account even though I never received the watch. Went through problems with global fraud after providing my ID, SSN, driver's license, passport, and state board nurse license. I answered all the questions global fraud questions correct and still had issues. It's been a mess and my stepdad wanted to change his new phone from AT&T for the iPhone the same day his wasn't working during the port process and the manager said he needed to pay a thousand dollars plus the restocking fee for the phone that wouldn't work. I called the port activation center and was able to get the phone working and learned that it was connected to an iPhone13 that no one had. When I switched on the first day, I only had a receipt for the phone taxes and case protectors. Nothing about the plans or anything. I was giving a fake quote ID print out paper. Dealing with corporate now hopefully this gets resolved.
