Went in at about noon on a Sunday. The employee was playing very profane rap loudly in the store. F words N words and many more. Great experience for a family getting out of church. Please talk to your employees and let them know they can’t play stuff like that. I just left and that kind of stuff upsets me.

I wish I could give this store no stars at all to be honest! I am baffled at how illiterate the employees are at this store. This isn't my 1st time with this experience also. Anyway I place an online delivery order with a promo they were having. I placed the order and then it sent me a message from THE STORE saying your order has been canceled via the store. I then decide to place another order and go pick it up. One of the men with the 4 braids and lockjaw around his neck then decides to tell me I canceled my order from earlier so he refuses to prepare my order that was just placed, consisting of only 6 items, because I cancelled my order from earlier. Yikes… I ordered delivery from this 7/11 and my drink was delivered half empty! What? I called the store and they said (rudely) that the driver filled the drink- which is odd because I work for Uber and I have never had to fill my own drinks before for orders. This is a sanitary issue. This store needs to be fulfilling and sealing all delivery orders so things like this don’t happen.

There were flying insects in one of the areas where their donuts are stored. I would have gotten one if not for that. Their drink machines barely worked. Not a good look, but the worker on duty was cool.

No toilet paper in men's or women's restroom & the (nice) clerk warned me, but she had no idea why there was no toilet paper because she said, " I just work here."

Lazy service. Do not drop the 7-eleven brand from high working, high work ethic, and higher base paying states into the Carolinas. With your low wages all your going to recruit is the worst and laziest employees in the entire world. My grandma works harder than these employees. In any state we have been too, I can order a whole pizza at 11pm no problem. If the oven is on and ready behind the employee at the cash register it isn't that hard to plop a pizza in. I will do it myself for a surcharge if need be, I will do the job of the employees. Wake up 7-eleven, stop soiling your brand in the bad service sectors of certain states all because you cannot pay them enough to do what employees in California or New York can do. And to be honest some of these employees would still be doing the same lazy bad service stuff even if their base pay was $30 an hour. Management needs to fire some people and recruit better employees in a tourist destination such as Carowinds where we go to relax after working very hard for our money.

“Open 24 hours” 7 days a week and “Confirmed by this business two weeks”. Also says may be closed 12am to 5am for sanitation. This place, inconsistent with these hours. 06:21 and locked up tight! Lady behind the counter looking at her cellphone, maybe scrolling through social media, taking a break? Who knows! Same experience with other 7-Elevens in a 15 mile circumference. You never know when they’ll decide to lock the doors, or for how long. Ridiculous!

The male African American employee wouldn't let us into the restaurant. There was a handwritten sign in the door saying the restroom was out of order he clearly didn't want to even be at work because he was saying that they're smoking up black and mild and seemed frustrated he had to go back in the building to let us in. I have videos and pictures to prove this employee was RUDE AND CONDESCENDING to us upon entering the store and interrupting his smoke break. We left due to this and then he RAN ACROSS THE HIGHWAT into the other Gas stat and video recorded us. We feel threatened and he should lose his job

Went in to buy a water cashier was behind the counter on the phone so I put my bill down on the counter to wait for him. He Proceeds to pick the Cash up frustrated and says to me " question you throw your money down on the counter and put your hand out expecting me to hand it back how does that make sense ? He then ignores me as I start to apologize which wasn't necessary on my part but felt it necessary because of he's demeanor he then throws my money on the counter and just gets back on the phone. This kind of customer service is uncalled and management needs to be more present for associates like that. Go to qt across the street and get treated with respect

What kind of 7-Eleven isn't open at 6:30 in the morning on one of the busiest streets in the area?! Absolutely absurd. I'll go to the shell right next to it from now on.
