Great location... about 2 miles from "downtown" Folly Beach. Very easy to get everywhere on the island. All details were very clear and instructions were easy to follow. Plenty of space. Beach was right out the door. It was a great place for me and my friends to celebrate turning 50 this year!

We enjoyed this location and can’t wait to come back. Being able to walk to the beach in less than one minute was incredible! The place was clean, had comfortable beds, clean linens and great seating.

Rented this house for son's wedding weekend which took place at Regatta Inn. So close to the venue. Perfect accommodations for a vacation or in our case a wedding! Highly recommend.

What an incredible location! Just enough out of the fray (last building on the block), while still a walk away from everything you could want/need. The neighborhood grocery is charming and well stocked. Rita’s is the perfect restaurant. McKevlin’s has all the real surf wear and souvenirs for shoppers. Be sure to wake up before sunrise and watch it happen from your oceanfront balcony. Others will be out too…walking the beach, watching quietly. It really is spectacular. Our hosts were excellent communicators, and provided a “welcome kit” with all our little essentials…TP, paper towels, dish soap & sponge. We’d DEFINITELY return if in Folly Beach again. Great value in the corner unit, with its larger balcony and view. Every unit has a balcony, but I’d grab a corner again if I could.

The beachfront location is what enticed us and it did not disappoint. Wonderful beds, all were comfortable for us senior citizens. Everything we needed was there, easy to find and clean when identified. We had no need to contact the property manager for anything! All of us agreed we would rent this house again! We loved our stay in Folly Beach. Our house was comfortable and very clean. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the shops and restaurants. We sat on the beach and watched dolphins in the ocean. We will definitely be back!

I don’t think the pictures of the listing do this place justice. As soon as you walk in, the space is much larger than the pictures look, then the first thing that catches your attention is a GORGEOUS view of the ocean and pier. Spacious and relaxing. Loved our stay

Really enjoyed our week at Folly Beach. The house was a perfect setting to walk to the beach and shops. We spent a good deal of time on the porch. Great place for morning coffee. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. Highly recommend this vacation home.
