Staff are always awesome.. and they're open 24/7... Have an ATM inside (down a lot), but it's a good location..New 3rd shift crew are waaay cooler (and nicer).I used to have to argue with the in-store clerks so I could USE MY FAS Rewards code.. they'd have one of theirs already scanned before you could enter your own. New guys are great.?I practically go into the store daily, but if you leave your ID.. they will 100% NOT be willing to sell you a pack of cigarettes.. that's obviously a good thing in most cases and should be the way a clerk handles a new customer.. but seriously, if you know that my grey haired a** is buying before I reach the register and you see me daily?(Still a great store and the staff keep it clean and do a good job)

The Young's stores are normally my go-to stops but this store in particular is awful. The inside is always filthy, the gas is way overpriced considering it is 10 to 30 cents cheaper just a mile or two down the road, there are out of date items overpriced all over the store (like some standard Velveeta mac & cheese for almost $9 a box), and the cashiers seem are very rude. Recently had a couple of ladies try to intimidate me into buying an item that I had put back by insinuating I damaged the item, and when that did not work they resorted to insuts.

I asked for a pack of cigarettes and store gave me the wrong ones I asked for the correct ones after they charged me for them anyways since I'm not allowed to see the pack till it is purchased. Dont buy cigarettes here go to Circle K down the road.

They have the slowest gas pumps in Florence don't stop by and get gas if your in a hurry.. other than that the staff there is good...

4 years ago it would have received 5 stars and more if it have been available. The reason for the three star rating is it's all according to who is working at that particular time. Sometimes it deserves 5 stars, more often than not it only deserves one or two.
