“Prices and promotions are to be had, customer service is what you would expect from a big store, but getting better. I still wonder why I get carded for a wine purchase at 67 though. Was told that's the policy, and I had to go out to the car that was parked to get it. Strange!”
“There was only one employee working the grocery pickup today around 1:30 pm Thursday, March 7, when I stopped by to pick up some items missing from my order early this week. She was very conscientious, recognizing me in the parking lot from earlier in the week, unable to get anyone to answer inside. Afraid I did not get her name, but she made sure I got the items in my order. She said she was the only one working; Sam's needs to have more employees on staff when they offer grocery pickup because as diligently as she worked, it was really too much for just one person. Her actions to assist me were much appreciated.”

“If a Sam's Club is near you, try to use it. Over the course of a year, it easily pays for your annual membership and then some. Sometimes, there is a line, but usually not more than 2 to three cars deep. Pro-tip... save yourself some time, and remember you can get gas from a pump on the opposite side of your tank as the gas nozzles are longer and can easily be "Stretched" to reach the opposite side of you car.”
