Nastiest employees I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The looks of disgust and voices of condescension when talking to customers is just unacceptable. I don't know if it's reflective of the walmart culture or they just hate their jobs or both.

I am so very disappointed with my visit today. Their customer service skills were truly lacking . I Went to pick up my medicine that I was notified by text was ready. I gave the usual info name, dob . They could not find it. A second person attempted to help locate the medicine, but her attitude was not warranted . After realizing their mistakes they found the medication. Wal-Mart do better with training!

I'm very disappointed with their service and the cost of medications they charge. My husband had insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield and also Medicare..For Meclezine pills they charged 10$ for 60 cap, while I can buy it at the counter for only 1.52 for 25 cap..Why they charges so much with the insurance? And when I wanted to refund the medication..it took me hour..so bad.

Walmart Pharmacy on Beltline Dr in Florence is probably the best pharmacy in town!!! They know our whole family and treat us like family anytime we call or visit. Going above and beyond for their customers and ALWAYS SO KIND!!I wouldn't recommend the WALMART OR The Walmart Pharmacy on Irby street, their customer service really needs some cleaning up!

You need to fix the thing on the phone were you call to put in refills because it will not let you and then you have to call back and get a pharmacy assistant to type it in the computer for refills.rediculous

First time use ing Walmart Pharmacy, I don’t know about you people but I can’t stand Cvs!! Drives me nuts. So I changed my medications to Walmart. All I had to do was call my old CVS and tell them to call my Walmart and they did it. By the next morning my medications along with the good RX card was so much cheaper and with no bla bla bla lol. Saves me over $100 a month

Sucks. The people who are nice are very nice. The people who are rude are extremely rude. It should not beover an hour wait for prescriptions. Absolutely ridiculous. Then you get treated like a drug addict and questioned by this one lady about the scripts your doctor prescribed to you. She tried to give you Marian like you are a addicted. My husband has been on these drugs for over 5 years and never has tried to get early, only gets hard core pain meds every 2 months so you know he is not addicted and he could get every month because of his situation. Need more compassionate and non judgmental people working for them.

I have a great relationship with the staff. They take care of my Mom's medications and any issues that arise. I have never been there and not been treated in a friendly manner.

This pharmacy is merely 2 miles from Windsor Forest, where I live, thus it is extremely convenient and the hours are pretty good. Today, I had an issue with the count of one of my medications and so I called the head pharmacist, Lacy, and she assisted me extremely professionally. She went out of her way to access the security cameras that showed the pharm. techs. Counting my medication. Less than 20 mins later I had a call to verify that they had correctly counted my meds. This was very reassuring. It was only 1 pill, but it's the principle. I was extreamly happy they were able to put my mind at ease. It was my mistake. I must have dropped one in the store upon taking my medication. Thank you. I would have given 5 stars, but the tech I spoke with to refil my script on the phone last night was extremely abrupt and very rude. The excuse that they are "slammed" is not an acceptable excuse. I have worked retail, vet. Care, and been "slammed", but not once have I let my manners slip. Lovely pharmacist Andy I appreciate the help she provided today.
