between crackhead pharmacist, and lack of knowledge this place has a 1 star and not for good reason. this is by far a hazard to public health, and needs to be shut down for the safety of the general public. They have been filling my meds for the past several months apparently by mistake according to them, and now all of a sudden they are refusing to fill my medications at all. saying that my doctor has not sent over diag codes which he has cause he sent them to me and sent me a screen shot of the electronic submission to them with diag codes. but anyways with all of the mistakes that they have made with my medications not limited too giving me the wrong person meds, and even giving me mine just at the wrong dosage, now they are acting negligent, by withholding my medications that can have serious impacts to my health. with makes them accountable for medical malpractice, so if you use this pharmacy for yourself or a loved one, for gods sake if you value your life, or your loved ones switch to a actual pharmacy and not this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy it makes me sick to even use that word since they are not a proper working pharmacy. i have a case open with the DEA and other agencies as well as my lawyer looking into them, so i would be looking for another pharmacy anyways cause this ilegally operating pharmacy will be most likely be shutting down. they do not even deserve the 1 star, but have to leave at least one to write the review. this place is a public safety hazard and it is your life your messing with and trust me they don't care nothing about yours.

I used this location primarily for the pharmacy. I will not be back. My experience here is that they don’t have time to check people out on the registers, they have less time to service the drive thru. They have unlimited time to talk on the phone to customers. The women who didn’t help me today were rude and ghetto. They called my husband a rude name because they couldn’t pronounce it, then giggled with each other at me when I became agitated. I will never be back to this location as it is poorly managed and improperly staffed.

They called me 3 times yesterday telling me my medication was ready (I was asleep because I’m resting and have the flu). I drove all the way over to the pharmacy just for them to tell me they’re out of stock. Of course they didn’t get a truck in today to refill my prescription. Also I’m supposed to go back into work on Wednesday but still don’t have any medicine for the flu. I’m very disappointed and mad that I’m not getting my medication and even more mad at the fact that they told me it was ready 3 times yesterday. Don’t tell me it’s ready for pick up to just hand it over to someone else. That’s ridiculous!! At this point I’m definitely going to find another pharmacy.Oh also no other Walgreens has my medication in stock.

Worst service ever. Have to wait 2 hours every time I go for prescriptions. Workers walking around and no one is helping customers.

The pharmacy is NOT efficient at all. They only have one lane open and there is always an extended wait regardless of what time you go. I went in thinking it would be faster and the line was down the aisle. I've been trying to get my meds for days. I will never have another prescription sent to this location. I also never received a text my meds were done despite signing up for text messages and it was delayed by a day. I highly recommend Sam's Club. Best part is you don't have to be a member to use their pharmacy and they have very competitive pricing. Absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy.

If you are very sick and need medicine right away, do NOT use the Walgreens on corner of Irby and 2nd Loop Rd. in Florence SC. I couldn't breathe well enough to walk inside to wait , so I used the drive thru and had to wait in line over 30minutes to get to the window, another 40AT the window and by the time they finally gave me my meds... there was a line behind me around the building .I was beyond ready to lay down,...so I left and later found that they did not give me my much needed Nebulizer medication and didn't say a word about why. I tried to call back several times and couldn't get thru. Had to make another trip to doctor next day because so sick, more prescriptions called in by 4 pm got back in line for total of 55minutes and was only able to get the original nebulizer meds, none of the new things would be ready until 8pm. Came back the next morning, first in line at window and they said they only had two of three meds ready so I had to sit in parking lot another30 min to get back in line to pick up a PREMADE bottle of cough syrup. Got home with it and the manufacturer seal was broken with crystals around the edges. So now, I have to go BACK for the 4th time, fanning in and out the house with bronchitis and pneumonia, to go wait in line again for another hour I'm sure. Why was I made to wait this morning when I was the first one there, the med was supposed to be ready the night before by 8pm AND it was a premade container that simply needed a label?This place get ZERO stars from me!

Extremely disorganized management, was hired into the system, never contacted nor scheduled and this caused me to miss out on multiple hiring opportunities with other companies. Do not recommend applying here.

There is a new way to return items, you are provided with a code that has to be scanned at the store, and sticky labels are printed at the store. Shipping labels can still be printed from home at your own discretion.A certain retail associate didn’t want to cooperate acting as if the ink and paper is hers, I had to find another associate to help with my return.
