This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered @Walgreens do better the staff is ungrateful of coustmers there service was awful by the way don't go to lunch 10minutes early next time you might get your work done. Or coming back later. Then 2pm. The medicine was called in yesterday and still not ready?

if i could give less than 1 star i would. i’ve kept my mouth shut for 5 months but this pharmacy is AWFUL. i’ve called 3 separate times today and haven’t been able to talk to a worker once. they’re always out of stock. it’s ridiculous. i always have to wait 3 days to pick up a prescription due to them not placing orders. they’re unprofessional. i had a pharmacist answer my call the other day by just saying “hey”.

Placed an order for a 11 x 14 poster board online using a discount code. Got an email that it was ready. When I got here they couldn’t find it. Guess there was no designated space for poster board. No one offered to just reprint the order. So I have to order at a different store and hope they honor the discount I had.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever witnessed. Walk up to the register, there is 2 employees off to the left side and one employee behind the register. The cashier acknowledges me (doesn't say anything to me), then scans her badge to login. From here one would expect her to start ringing up my items. Oh no, not this one! She then proceeds to continue in casual conversation with the other employees not doing anything, while walking away from me and the register to a bag of chips that she wanted to buy and starts asking them if they are expired or not! Seriously?!? Then she decides to come back to the register to start checking me out, at which point she continues her casual conversation with the other employees (still doing absolutely nothing) and states "guys I am so bored! I wish I had something to do, but please don't give me anything to do!" Once again, SERIOUSLY?!?! She then begins to ring up my 2 items. To this point the only words she has said to me is "I need to see your ID." As I'm paying for my 2 items she then continues her conversation stating to the other employees, "do think I can get worker's comp for my paper cut?". She then hands me my receipt and never says a word to me. Absolutely terrible customer service! I hate self checkout but I wish this store had one! I would not recommend anyone spend their money here. Entire store staff has gone down hill in the last year. I'll be going across the street to CVS from now on. Terrible! Do better!

My friend Joyce used to be at CVS on West Palmetto Street she's the pharmacist in this Walgreens me and my mother knew her for over a year very respectful ? always happy ? and joyful, her attitude matches her name ?

Went to get labwork done at Labcorp here. Please fix the flickering/strobing light in the waiting area. I had to walk to another part of the store because of it and didn't hear my name called.

I left this pharmacy with my prescriptions only to find out they didn’t fill one. They had all day to have my prescriptions ready. I called the next day to have the issue resolved and I was told it would be finished for pick up in an hour, they are extremely disrespectful when brought to their attention. After waiting 3 hours I came back to pick up and it was NOT FILLED. This pharmacy is operating at normal hours now and there is no excuse for the disrespect and awful service. They are lacking in every area and I will never return.

This location has completelygone to the dogs. They never have stock their answeringsystem says they are closed when they are open. Their hours change constantlywithout warning. I wanna be clear the staff that are there are good it's the corporate operationof this store that is garbage.

Store is poorly staffed and has a very disrespectful clerk who is rude and condescending to customers, I have been treated poorly by him on numerous occasions. He was putting up stock today with 2 customers standing in line. The other attendant was working the drive thru and she came to the counter to help me. I will be leaving this store and going to CVS.

Terrible pharmacy hours and service here. The associates blame the reduced hours (for the last eight months) on the lack of a pharmacist on staff.The hours are now 9-5 Mon - Fri with no weekends. They may as well close this as a pharmacy and reopen it as a Circle K.
