Walked and stood at the express checkout at the pharmacy, and Kalya was too busy eating, drinking, and chatting to help me. Someone else stood basically infront of her at the consultation window and she helped him basically because he was standing directly in front of her.First time here and probably won't be back. Millennials..! horrible customer service.!

Matthew \\u0026 Zach are my favorite pharmacist in Florence, SC. They are very knowledgeable and up-to-date on my prescriptions. I trusted them enough to give me the Pfizer shots \\u0026 Pfizer Booster along with the Flu vaccine.They are the best !!!

Very unreliable pharmacy operations. I never know if I will be able to get my prescriptions or not. After using this Walgreens store for many years I believe it is time to find a more reliable pharmacy. Today 01/02/2022 they have no pharmacist available AGAIN so my controlled pain medication is now two days past due for refill as controlled drugs cannot be transferred to another pharmacy. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED

Called ahead and spoke to tech about what I needed. Went on my lunch time and my prescriptions were all wrong. They could have cared less. I hate slack ppl and a company that does nothing about it!!

Rude,Rude,Rude. Called to get help with my prescription being transferred and the girl on the phone was very short with her answers and acted like I was bothering her. Will take my business somewhere else that understands that this is an industry that is very specialized and needs someone that is courteous and helpful!!
