Messed up my oil drain plug, it was leaking oil after I left. Took over 30 minutes because they had to go to the store for the plug and after I checked, the plug was stripped

Brought in a fleet Vehicle for a oil change on a Sunday. The service writer didn't give me a chance to choose which oil I would like. So he charged for a full synthetic oil change 97.00 for 4.30 quarts.He asked about the wiper blades and I approved not knowing they were 27.00 a piece. He recommended the engine air filter change I approved. After the service was complete I stopped next door to the gas station to inspect there work. The engine oil was still a half a quart low and the air filter box was still covered in dust . They charged for the air filter and didn't change it . I confronted the service writer and told him I watched him bring a air filter up and take it out the door and then shoved it back in the box. He said it was the wrong filter and he forgot to remove it from my ticket. They a dishonest and untrustworthy stay far away.

I decided after my expensive last visit to dealership for oil change was tired of being ripped off.When looking on Yelp for 10 minute oil change this one was rated highly. Drove in to bay, told the woman what I wanted and sat in waiting area for no more than 10 minutes. Can you believe it a business that actually lives up to it's name. Now to be fair I was the only customer here at the time so times may vary.So oil change w synthetic, engine & cabin filter for $134, my last trip to dealer for just oil was $123!I had a very nice woman assist me, Kayla I believe. All the workers there were professional and thorough. Top marks, will be returning.
