I had a bad experience when I used the tow department. However, the service supervisor called me and made it right. I was so impressed with his customer service that I bought my truck to him and had them finish my repairs and annual dot inspection. They are really knowledgeable when it comes to fixing trucks. The entire service staff are professionals. Overall I would recommend them to fix your truck. I would give them 10 stars if I could.. Thanks again guys.

My truck broke down with a loaded trailer. Price they gave me for tow to their shop was reasonable although I didn't use them, only because my roadside chose a different company it was good to know. As soon as they open they got my truck into a bay jumped right on it told me what's wrong with it and fixed the problem and got my driver back on the road! Price was very reasonable felt good to be dealing with honest shop will definitely keep them on fast dial.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Our camper had a bad bearing heading to Mertyle Beach. Tom and his team came to our rescue and pointed out some items that had been poorly addressed before we left that we assumed were done properly since we had paid for those services back home. Can’t say enough about Tom and his staff at Truck Service of Florence.Thank you for everything you did to get our 30 foot travel trailer back on the road after a bearing overheated and we nearly lost our tire. Tom allowed us to limp our trailer to his shop and plug it in so we wouldn’t lose all of our refrigerated items. This was on a Sunday afternoon.By Monday Tom had called us regarding parts, a general estimate, and everything that he would do to get us back on the road quickly, but more importantly, SAFELY. He was very thorough about prices and the work being completed. It was evident from the very beginning that Tom would ensure things were done properly and to the highest possible standard which was very reassuring.He located the parts needed (backing plate and hub) that had to be shipped overnight from Ohio and California. While the hub from Ohio didn’t arrive until Thursday (no fault on Truck Repair’s part), once it was, it was installed and we were on the road ready to continue our vacation.Tom’s communication, attention to detail, and service were top notch. Special thanks to Caleb for the countless hours you put in getting our travel trailer back on the road.These things happen and as unfortunate, inconvenient, and costly as they are, we feel blessed to have found Tom and Truck Service of Florence.
