These guys stripped my wheel lock key and I had to take it to Toyota where I had to pay $400 for them to cut the locks off in order to get the tires off. Monro offered me $19.99 to cover the cost of the lug nuts, then ceased communication with me. Stay away from this place.

I scheduled an appointment for 6:00 PM yesterday for a tire patch and when I pulled up they were closed. No big deal, I’ll come back tomorrow morning. I came by and was denied service because my car was too low for the lift. I understood, I had a low-profile jack that was able to get under the vehicle and the older gentleman who works there looked at me like I was dumb and said “I’m not getting on the ground”. I smiled, told him it was okay, and left. Clearly this wasn’t okay, I was here before and another employee serviced my vehicle no problem, so why was there an issue now??? Disgusted.

I would highly recommend Tire Choice Auto to everyone. New management is reliable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about vehicles. I will be returning and thank you Andre.

They stripped my wheel lock key and when I went back to show them they denied doing it and blamed it on the staff that is no longer there. Toyota wants to charge me $500 to get the wheel locks off and the new manager at Tire Choice basically told me to pound sand because I can’t prove that they did it. They’re denying I was ever there for a service but the windshield sticker was still on there from the last time I took it in. Will never do business again here.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service center. Like other reviews I had a very dismissive attendant when entering the store. His demeanor was basically as if I was a bother to him actually needing to perform his job.Additionally, price provided for tires and installation online was far different from what was requested when I arrived to the store.

Just wanted you to know since I can't tell you I got all the lugs loose in a matter of minutes in my driveway had I had jackstands with me I could have rotated them. A 4 way and some strong arms and true mechanic skills come in handy. I've Bullitt 11 jeeps I've rotated those tire a million times and wish I have my stuff here to do it with glad I was charged nothing but some learning needs done

I’ve been here a number of times.First time I was told I needed to make an appointment for an oil change. When the sign says big as day “No appointment needed for oil change.” I will never take my car back here again!

Had to have some warranty work done for Silver Rock car warranty service, well as soon as I mentioned the Silver Rock the person that greeted me started complaining. Didn't ask what my issue was or anything. I got past that and told him my issue and he agreed to look at my car. Told me he would look and give me an estimate. 1st off I'm the one you give Warranty estimate too. I said I'd sit and wait he immediately said he couldn't get to it today. And walked out to the bays. I left and went to the next on their list.

The man behind the desk is selective towhich customers he wish to service. He ignored me but immediately helped the customer that came in after me. He didnt bother to ask what services I needed, just ignored me....I will not return their!!!

My car requires a special lug nut which I gave to the manager for the worker to change the tires. After the bill was paid and as we were leaving the parking lot., I had to send my daughter into the work area as the lug nut had not been returned and luckily, I caught the error before we were miles away.

This business Florence SC, on W. Palmetto St. was open on the 4th, which was awesome, So I came to have 2 tires mounted and balance, which I had my own used tires, so the representative asked me have ever been here before and answered no, and then he said we don't mount customer's provided used cars, because of company policy. I really think this representative didn't just to help me, for reasons unknown. If a customer signs retail agreement/service order stating customer's liability, this should take all the liability off the company, you would think!

We were traveling to Florida for vacation when we had a blow out on I95 in Florence SC. The manager was great and got us in and out and back on our way. Great customer service.
