I purchased a chicken feed from the Florence store, and when I poured it into my feed bucket, there was mold in the bag. I lost two bags of feed because I poured it on top of another bag. When I called the store, Steve answered, said he was the store manager, and his customer service skills are sorely lacking. When I tried to explain the situation to him, he kept talking over me and would not listen to my situation. I’m not lost the bag of feed that I bought from them that day but I lost a second bag because it was in the bucket I poured this bag into.I am thankful for the manager at the Darlington store. She was very helpful, even though she can’t replace the second ruined bag. She listened and apologized for my experience with Steve. I will take the bag back to her tomorrow. I will never do business with the Florence store again. If I can update this, I will add a picture tomorrow because it’s already loaded in the car after I had to scoop it all out of my bucket. Good customer service, by Steve, would have included replacing the other bag that I had also bought contractor supply just

Chris (Kris...? Lol) is the best. He needs his own store or promotion... I always see him there when I'm there working hard and kicking you know what. He's always friendly and he was very kind to my mother. Love the store and the staff.

I call 10 times from 5 to 7 and never got anyone to answer the phone. If I didn’t need this Petsafe dog collar I would never go back in this store

I was unfamiliar with the store so it took me awhile to find what I was looking for. No help, but that is understandable due to the time of year. Found my product and price. Checked out but didn't notice I was overcharged till I was out the door. Seems like they need to update their shelves to reflect the correct prices. I will likely go back but I'll definitely verify price before paying.

TLDR: service was sort of bad & tool handle broke immediately when used. They have a lot of stock, but man it's hard getting help finding a sling blade (some call it a Kaiser blade) or a bush axe handle...They might just have been super busy, but when after I was told (not shown) where something should be and I came back to tell them I didn't see it... I sort of got an "eh... " response. Ladies with chickens and bird stuff was helpful though. I bought a new blade, that was actually $30 in a $17 box of tools though.. so I got that going for me.------The extremely cheap tool broke literally on my first swing trying to handle some mixed brush. The blade itself isn't bad, but the handle is maybe made of wood pulp. ? Ended up going to Agri South and buying a proper bush axe (right at like 70$? ?).Morale is:You pay for what you buy. If it's a small job, then it might do it... But if you actually know how to resharpen it... go elsewhere.

If I could do negative stars I would. The Employees are extremely rude and if you ask for help good luck cause they'll just look at you like you're crazy. I go to this tractor supply cause it's closer to my house and it's convenient to get my dogs food and other pet needs. But I would definitely avoid this tractor supply if I can and go to darlington.

One can find just about anything here! The only store my grandson calls “an adventure “! The staff is helpful, friendly and available without hovering. Be it bird feeders, dog supplies, gifts and yes Tractors it’s all here. Well stocked and clean round up this store. I guess it is an Adventure. Easy Acess on Irby Street in Florence

Completely ignored by staff when trying to ask for assistance.wouldn’t even look or acknowledge me after I said “excuse me” 4 times upping my volume more and more each time. I frequented that place often to purchase dog food, and plant supplies. All it takes is one bad experience…I will NEVER patronize another TS store. Poor poor customer service and I’m sure if I was a white woman my experience would have been very different.
