I hate that I even have to rate 1 star to even leave a review. This place is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY, and INSENSITIVE business I have ever dealt with. I wish I would have asked for the witches name that was so rude and nasty for no reason at all. Have had storage for 3 years here and all I had were questions in reference to courtesy call when something goes wrong like an expired card on file which was the case. Come to find out they had someone else's phone number on file but still would not remove the late fees from June and July. That was the business's fault. Ok totally fine with paying late fees but obviously she didn't like being questioned so she over talked me, would not all me to get a complete sentence out and hung up in my face. My advice to anyone who needs storage, is to please go to Trenton or some other location who shows a little more courtesy.
