The Pharmacy staff have been wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible!I had been with the same "big box" pharmacy for over 15 years, but the service slowly degraded to the point where I was having to call them to remind them to order my prescriptions, call to remind them to fill the prescriptions, and call back to make sure they actually filled the prescriptions -- every time getting a different staff person, and having to explain my care over and over. To make matters worse, they would sometimes take the phone off the hook, preventing anyone from leaving messages for call back, requiring an actual trip to the store. It was beyond exhausting. Members of my family were made to wait over 3 hours multiple times to pick up prescriptions that I couldn't go without.Finally, out of frustration, I called The Pharmacy. I had been hesitant to change because The Pharmacy can't take GoodRx. When I called them, they actually took the time to go over my medication list with me, making sure they could provide what I needed, and giving me self pay prices for items not covered by insurance. The prices were actually comparable; well worth the service they provide. I felt like they actually cared about me, and wanted to help.I have been with them now for over six months, and they have been a real answer to prayer. If you are struggling with your pharmacy needs, you should really give them a call.There are three parts to most folk's healthcare -- your Dr., your pharmacy, and your insurance. Before I switched to The Pharmacy, the only person that "cared" about me was my Dr. Now, I have my Dr. and Pharmacy helping me.

So happy to be switching over to a local pharmacy. Staff and service provided by The Pharmacy is most warm, compassionate, welcoming and helpful especially when you need a pharmacy the most.

Moss pharmacy is the best! They compounded my eye drops and I was so amazed that the compounded drops my dr called in for me gave me almost immediate relief!I won’t ever forget how it felt to know I finally found what I needed!Thanks to Moss pharmacy staff and Dr Stone for calling in what I needed!God bless you all!

I have used The Pharmacy for years. The staff USED to be nice but Carla Julian is one of the rudest pharmacists I have ever dealt with. I know she has rules to follow and I understand that. But, she is often very condescending. She rarely smiles or greets me. I have had to speak with her about problems I was having and she is rude. She talks down to me like you're incompetent. I am very disappointed in the service at this pharmacy. I called Hope Health Pharmacy on Pine Needles and the pharmacist spent 15 minutes talking to me. Then she called me personally to say she has all of my prescriptions and gave me the prices! I am moving my prescriptions there as we speak.

If heaven were a pharmacy, The Pharmacy would be it. They are proactive on everything, and all my prescriptions are ready without ANY wait. If there is a insurance issue, they will mitigate it before I arrive so I know exactly what is going on. I drive 45 minutes to use this pharmacy by choice, I will never go back to a big chain pharmacy again. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable as well! They keep you notified and up to date on all of your medications and usually have them in stock as well definitely recommend you give them a try you won't regret it!

After multiple awful experiences with CVS I switched my prescriptions over to The Pharmacy. My script was filled within an hour of them receiving it. I was also in and out in less than 5 minutes. I’m so glad I chose to switch!

I get my cat Max's seizure Rx filled here and will likely switch all of my prescriptions here soon. They text me when it's been filled (didn't even have to request autofill). When I picked it up, I asked if they could start cutting them in half for me. Took 5 mins and I enjoyed looking at the gift shop while waiting. Highly recommend!
