We love visiting the Target in Florence. It's clean and organized. The smell of Starbucks coffee hits your nose as soon as you step in! The store is easy to navigate. Checkout is usually a breeze.

Stephanie and John were great! My 8 year old son saved and saved for an Oculus. He dragged his “life savings” according to him, into target and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and even congratulated him! Thanks so much for making his day!

This is my local target and I am appalled at the state of the store now. I’m not really someone who leaves reviews but as a wheelchair user this store is very quickly becoming inaccessible simply due to the employees refusing to clean or organize the store. The women’s clothing section is not only messy as in clothes being in the ground but also there are random items in random places. The underclothes section is genuinely so appalling I was upset even trying to find something, the bras are all over the floor and they are so jampacked on the shelves there are items falling and you can’t find your size in almost anything cause even if you see a hanger that says your size more than likely it’s fallen off and in the floor somewhere . I tried to go into the dressing room and they were just horribly messy , clothes everywhere and store items like racks and various other things that were blocking even getting into the dressing room. I know a lot of this is based on how customers treat items but it is up to the employees to do the work and go back behind customers and organize the various areas . Customers have no control over where items are stocked or how messy the shelves are . This store needs to get it together or wheelchair users are not going to be able to go into it any longer

This Target is a mess. The clothes are thrown on the floor, the inventory is very lacking and I am surprised Target allows this type of environment in their culture. I walked in looked around and walked out.

Poor and rude customer service, I won't be going back to this location anytime soon. It seemed so convenient at the time but I'm just going to stick with Walmart from now on. Lower prices also there.
