This was my very first time visiting Take 5. The employees and manager were very nice and friendly. I did have an issue after leaving with my oil plug cover dislodging and scraping in the road which destroyed the cover. It did take a week for the manager to call me about resolving the issue, found out it was because he was out of state with family, as he should’ve been. He is now working to get my cover replaced which is exactly what I wanted. I know mistakes happen, it just says a lot that he is making good on that mistake. I would still recommend!

I ended up spending $157 though I just got my Jeep. Not sure if this was necessary or if I presented as an opportunity. I don't know mechanical things and I am new to SC

The staff at Take 5 was very nice & courteous. I haven't been to this place much for car service but the few times that I've been, the service was satisfactory. I went this most recent time to check my oil level & my tires while I was in the area running some errands. I ended up getting an oil change which I was a little annoyed by since it wasn't in my plans or budget that day but it was smart to go ahead & get done because my oil change was due in a few weeks later anyway.
