My husband took my son and himself to get a haircut on Friday October 13. I sent my husband photos for reference for my son’s hair cut. My son’s hair cut looks nothing like the photos. It is way too short and uneven. The sides that were shaven was uneven, he still had spots that were long. The horseshoe where his hair is longer is shaped weird. I am very unhappy with his haircut. Now I have to wait for it to grow out some so we can try to get his hair fixed.** also my sons hair was SHOULDER length when he went in so he had more then enough hair to have it cut the way we wanted it.

I apologize... I can't remember their names. The blonde white lady that cut my hair was great. I like conversation and she was good at turning into the conversation that we were having. We went from retro video games to sitcoms to football. We had the black hairstylist (very sorry, I just can't remember either one of their names) and her customer in the conversation as well. It was almost closing time for them 6:40PM?, we were probably the last customers in the place but they both never made me feel like I was being rushed out the door. It felt like I was in there for 5 min and I was walking out the door. Exactly how I'd want my haircut to go every time (quick and painless)!My only complaint is... they may be TOO good. Place is always packed. They are ALWAYS busy, any time I go in there it is about an hour+ wait. I'm sure it is because of staffing, however, it makes this review that much more important. They still had an awesome attitude and you could tell they had been busy for at least the last couple of hours. I will continue to go to this place as long as I can actually get in. Yes I just started logging into the app and checking in before I leave my house about 30 min away, it has helped.5/5 for me.

Stopped in on my way to the beach for a trim and did not get the haircut I wanted even showed the woman cutting my hair a picture and she took off way more than I wanted and then didn’t even style it the way my picture was she gave me a fohawk after she saw the first picture which Is what I wanted the second is what I got she told me she was only got cut the front to my eye brows and it’s not long enough to even get half way down my forehead basically ruined my beach vacation haircut and then talked on the phone while she did itService: Haircut

Oh my goodness who hired these women to cut hair in here . I took my grandson here 2 times . The 1st time his hair cut was distorted with patches in his hair cut …. Out of desperation, I took him here again because we couldn’t find any appointments available at the barbershop.. .. Took him here to get a low fade with a side part , talking about terrible hair cut , absolutely horrifying and I paid $22 for a complete mess.. and I mean just that a complete Mess ! There’s no way these women went through Barber school . The Hair cuts talents of cutting hair is terrible and I mean completely terrible……… none of them can cut hair.the only reason I did one star was because you have to do a star rating in order to leave a review. Other than that this place would get 0 stars and even 0 stars is to high of a rating. Please take this as a WARNING ⛔️

I’ve used this place for a long time now. 5:30 and you close at 7:00 and tell me I can’t have my hair cut today. Always tip good but I won’t bother being back.

2 weeks ago i came here with my boyfriend and the board said he was supposed to be on deck but the stylists were in the back for 20 minutes and didn’t come get anybody. We came back today and he signed in on the app and it told him they’ll be ready by 1:30, we came in and the board said it’ll be another hour and a half. We told an employee about it and she said “yeah it’s gonna be another hour and a half, it looks like there’s some people ahead of you.” so we are currently waiting. If this happens again we will not be coming back.

I brought my nephew in to get his hair fixed after another place completely butchered his hair. Emily was so sweet and kind and explained every little thing she did before she even cut his hair. She did everything to make sure he was comfortable with things and overall, he left so happy with how it looked. Emily is absolutely fantastic!!
