This store seriously need an overhaul. There's no streamline for different services or lines for different needs. Instead of spending 5 minutes just picking up a router on hold for you, they make you wait over an hour while they try and sell cellphones. How about be as dedicated to customer service as you are to sales.

Omg the second help was good. Some woman just sat there n didn't help me. Sad it was my own color people. But the man, at the first table got me in n out. The lady didn't even try.coming all the way from Darlington she should have tried.

Never get a spectrum mobile. No service if you get out of your street. Tried to cancel the contract . They said i have to pay for the phone, they cannot take it back even though i am not happy with service. So I paid off the phone, now they are saying i have to stay 60 days with them to unlock the phone. stuck again with spectrum. Had to file a poilce complaint on one of the returns since they said they never got the phone. Horrible experience!!

I went to pick up WI-FI equipment. There were a lot of people in the store, but they helped each one in turn, and I believe I only had to wait around 10-15 minutes before Carlene helped me. She did everything she needed to do, goes me my equipment, and I was out of there 5 minutes later. She was very nice and helpful, and all of the other employees appeared the same way.

Have been upgraded to self checkin since the last time I was here, which was over two years ago. This concept makes it more convenient for the customers and representatives.

Employees are friendly, but they are severely understaffed. I waited 40+ minutes to return a modem and router. Why can't this be automated??? Sign in, scan equipment, put it in a bin or drop box. Bam! Done.

The way this company treats people and provides service is nothing short of criminal. They have a monopoly on our area and they know it. Internet regularly doesn’t work, they consistently raise prices without telling you, and their staff regularly waste your time and give you the run around. If I could dismantle and expose one business in the world, it would be this one.

I came to drop off one box been standing in line 45 minutes already. This location is the worst yet. Really needs more employees. I hope I never have to come back here.

Great experience. Always is when Mike (I hope that's correct) waits on me. He is the best with customer service!!
