Bank lured customers for good CD interest rate, but at the end of term consumer ending up getting less interest rate than promised. One has to ask whole lot of questions before investing. Not satisfied at all.

?? I’m very upset today with the Hoffmeyer South State branch for NOT letting my daughter cash her paycheck today through their drive up window at 5:10pm. Telling her they were closed. Even though my daughter knew the time they close at.The teller then proceeded to still tell my daughter that they were closed and that she can come back first thing Monday morning. There even was another person in their car that was being helped.?-This makes me angry.. and made my daughter very upset.I myself looked them up online and found the closing time for all the South State branches in Florence. (5:30pm on Fridays!!!)Now my daughter has to wait till Monday to have her money in her account. This is just ridiculous and the branch manager needs to be notified or the teller’s need to be retrained.

I have witnessed, first hand, arbitrary dishonesty within this location. I would certainly never trust my money in a place where dishonest people are allowed to be employed.

They do not provide coin change but my another bank First Citizen Wells Fargo Anderson brother Deborah white coin change only this branch (South state) but it’s bank and they know u can’t do any business with out bank now I am moving my all bank accounts to another bank I know they do not heart them but I will have a of my business plz find another bank not this

Courtney Jackson is such a sweetheart!!! Normally pay my bills over the phone, but after a more than rude encounter over the phone with a rep i decided its best to deal with my local branch...Will be paying here from now on!!! Thank you!!!
