Only people in the store and you can hear two employees arguing back and forth about which one is gonna check us out (for about 2 solid minutes). We had one pair of shoes and it took two seconds to ring us up. What took longer was the boy grabbing the wrong pair of matching shoe out the back and then arguing about the right size The girl was talking with her phone on speaker the whole time. Do better. Lake City location is much better.

I absolutely love this particular Shoe Show mainly because of the great employees at this one. They had some not so great employees in the past but maybe upper management is finally getting their act together when it involves hiring. The Mega Store in Lake City is unmatched in customer service simply because I've never had a less than eager associate helping me in the few short years they've been at that location. As far as inventory is concerned, of course Lake City has Florence South by a country mile, but what can you expect when it is after all a Mega Store !

Went to this store location at 8:15pm and they are already closed but the sign says 9pm. Not to mention when we walked up to open the door the employee started laughing because the door was locked. That's very unprofessional and we didn't appreciate it. We will not be returning!
