We love Sam's club but this one star is because they started using imitation crab for the sushi bar! That doesn't have not one drop of crab meat and highly processed so terrible if you want something healthy. Very disappointed!

For the most part we enjoy the club but the fuel station must have purchased the cheapest pumps in America!!! lol so many out of service everytime we stop.

I went there today to buy a few things and noticed that there were t-shirts inside of a carriage three price tags one for 4.98 14.88 and 1 for 6.81. the $4.98 tag was inside the carriage so I really didn't pay it much attention. I picked up one of the t-shirts I went to the front and it rung up for $14.88 now I thought they were all on sale for $6.81 and thought maybe the $4.98 was just thrown in the carriage as well maybe a mistake by an employee. I went to the service desk told them that I wanted the discount that I saw took a picture of it showed it to them and the manager Jessica I think was the manager she behaved like a manager said she was going to go take a look at it she said she went back there and they were three price tags in one carriage and that the price for the T-shirt I had in my hand that I picked out of the same carriage as all the other was the higher priced one. I asked her how were people supposed to know that because if you see a price tag and it's all inside of a carriage it should all be one item in one price she became very nasty bad attitude made me feel completely uncomfortable because if she would have apologized for their mistake that would be one thing but she never did she had an arrogant disgusting attitude so I proceeded to ask her to remove all of my items for my carriers that I had paid for I returned everything got my money back and thank God that I still have my Costco card this would have never happened there. Disorganization rotting fruit and now a display inside of a carriage. But the worst part is the attitude that's what gets me it's funny I've been shopping at Costco for about 3 years now I definitely do not miss Sam's club.

Visted Sams Club to get gas and purchase food from the Food Court. Upon entering the store at 4:55PM with 3 other families, myself & my elderly mother were immediately flagged by a short woman employee who demanded "Card. Card!" and made us stop to dig in bags to find a card. No greeting or hello was spoken to us, but the other families beside us were allowed in without showing a membership card. While looking for a card, 5 families walked by with carts and were all individually greeted with a friendly smile & wave. They were not asked to show a Sams Club card. I observed that we were the only Black family who walked into the store at that time. I did not appreciate that certain rules are only applied to some families that walk into Sam's Club and not others. I was so disgusted with the experience, we did not buy any food from the food court.

This Sam's club is not up to par with the other Sam's club stores. Their meat department was a joke their bakery wasn't any better. There was so many things that this store is lacking. I normally shop at the Myrtle Beach location but I have shopped at others over the years. Let's just say I appreciate that store so much more now and will not complain about it being so crowded. The only good thing I can say about this store is it wasn't crowded but it can't be when they don't have much of a variety to sell. Step it up Florence Sam's club.

Good place for certain things like shrimp (3 lb for 14oo and chicken 2.68/ lb). Other supplies up to family size, good hot dogs and chicken enchiladas...

Do not use a card at this Sam's they will take out twice what it cost I spend 202.79 in store Friday they took it out twice and now they won't me to wait over 7 days to put my money back on my card
