Awesome staff they are friendly and down to earth the place is pretty laid back it's kind of like a beach joint it's awesome the layout definitely gives it that vibe and all kinds of wares. Everything was on sale too can't beat that

I have not had the opportunity to go to the shop physically as I live in another state. However, I was searching everywhere for the Eno Roadie Hammock Stand, and I found out it has been discontinued, as it was not available on their official website. I kept searching, ebay, Amazon, REI, etc. I could not find it, then I came across this shop online and found out they were selling one. I bought it immediately. I'm so glad I did, too. Turns out it was their last one, as it was the one on display. It arrived on time, which was a plus. Also, I assume since it was the one on display, it has a few scratches and such. Honestly, I don't mind. I'm just so glad some place had it. But what really made me give this place 5 stars was the personal message and the 2 extra items they gave me just because it had a few scratches, 10 out of 10 for customers service and especially for someone who hasn't even been there before. Thank you guys so very much! If I ever get the chance, I'd love to stop by and check your shop out. I apologize for the long rant/review. I just felt like I had to say thanks.

WOW - these guys go so far above and beyond - bought a skateboard for my son two months ago and one of the wheels broke and went to purchase a new one and asked if they could replace - they stood by their product and took care of everything and had it looking better than new when I left. I think they'll have a future skateboard customer for life when my son see it!

Amazing Customer Service!!! Im scared Im gonna mess her name up but I think it was Shanann. Saying she was great really doesnt cut it. We took my nephew who has autism and my 2 year old in to get new shoes which I knew was gonna be a challenge. She never flinched once and helped us with a huge smiled. We dont normally receive that kind of customer service anywhere we go so it literally made our day. Thank you so much

Great people, service, products and Langston, Carson, Shenay, not sure if it's Dennis, the Manager were all super people, easy to do business with and they're so helpful, eager to help their customers! I highly recommend this shop!
