Purchased some Gucci shades never wore them spent over $700 in the store brought them back the same way i purchased them and the rude manager Ms. Emma was acting like i brought some fradulent glassed back. Timothy the cashier was awesome. But ATp Ms Emma need to retire if doesnt want to work anymore. i am very disappointed and we shop here ALOT.

I absolutely love love love Ross!!!! They have great deals ALL the time! I purchased a sweater jacket, and it was ONLY $1.99 after all of the discounts that they had to offer! I can buy things for my whole family, my house, and my animals for the price of 1 person at other retail places! And I have 2 boys that are constantly growing, so it's a blessing to be able to buy them nice things that they love without breaking my bank!!

if i could give this store a negative review I WOULD. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL employees. me and another lady were waiting for a dressing room to which the lady nicely asked for them to please hurry up other people were waiting to which the employee at the register began being extremely rude to the lady saying she cannot talk to customers like that when she was not being rude at all. i told the woman they were probably stealing and if the employees are not worried about it neither should we. now the employee at the register began being rude with me saying she is absolutely sure they were not stealing she cannot accuse them of that than she said to me “maybe your stealing “ as i was in line inserting my card into the machine with ONE ITEM than told the other employee that this is why “people like us” referring to me and the other woman get assaulted and if they were to assault us she would not do anything about it. After telling someone i was with what happened she went in there to which the employee denied everything she said and claimed it was only me with the rude remarks and she did not say anything back. i have already put in a complaint to corporate about this experience and will not be shopping here ever again and i will make friends and family aware of this so they don’t either .
