Husband went through absolute hell dealing with this company. They sold him 4 wheels and rims under contract and didn't do the requested alignment beforehand. So there's the first problem. Then when he took the vehicle back to have the alignment they damaged the wheel studs. So they had to be replaced. Which they should have done since the only way to damage a wheel stud is an error done by the tire technician, because I asked several other tire techs and even looked up the issue. My husband requested it to be fixed which they disregarded and said it was his problem. Then they replaced the rims and tires only to break more wheel studs on a different tire. What exactly are yall doing at this location? How do you claim to be professional tire techs and can't even put a tire on without breaking the wheel studs? So my husband once again had to come up with money to repair damages that r&r did. And all of this while under contract with r&r for the tires and rims. The only place that serviced this vehicle for tires and rims was r&r, until they repeatedly damaged the studs and refused to fix them. What a joke.

Needed all four tires of my car changed everywhere I’ve been it was super expensive and had to wait to get my tires ordering in. At RNR got my car in the same day and not to mention Javier was super helpful.

4hrs to get new tires, (one year later) returned today to get one tire fixed. 3hrs later still sitting in the lobby. Also, It's too much hassle just to find somewhere to pump up a tire. Where else has nitrogen? Terrible idea.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding our recent experience with your service. We purchased a set of rims and tires, and a few months later, one of the tires began to leak. Despite our attempts to communicate this issue, we were repeatedly told that the fluctuating tire pressure was simply due to weather conditions, leaving us feeling undervalued as customers.
Eventually, it was discovered that there was a leak in the tire, but it required a significant event—a tire explosion that nearly caused an accident—before the tire was removed for inspection. Unfortunately, by that time, our warranty had expired, and we had to purchase two new tires for the front, as both were in poor condition after less than a year of use.
After replacing the tires, we experienced further leaking issues and returned the vehicle for assistance. At that point, we were informed that the wrong tires had been installed initially, indicating that they needed to be wider, which ultimately resulted in us needing to buy all new tires again, less than a year after our initial purchase.
To add to our frustration, after investing in new tires, the rim that has been problematic from the beginning has now broken, and we have been informed that we will need to purchase all new rims. This series of events has been highly disappointing.
Additionally, we are currently here and everyone has had a MAJOR attitude problem. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN.
