Definitely not going again, first time customer. I just wanted a oil change and for them to check something in the car. The mechanic (white dude bald head) was rude. He said once people know how much the diagnostic cost they leave, in a snarky rude tone. I guess presumptively he thought I didn't have enough money to pay ( I'm not sure why) is it because im a black woman, im not sure though. I kept my cool, got my oil change and left. Apparently this is a common thing for the mechanics to be rude at this shop after asking around. I won't be going to Precision Auto Tune in Florence again and wont recommend others to go there. The lady at the front desk was very nice though. Please talk to your workers about how to treat customers.

This is a horrible mechanic shop. I am looking at the future potential customers and current customers of the pee dee area. Let’s start with my husband carried his truck to them for repair. They ran the diagnostic and they told him that the issue was concerning everything that the code was actually reading which was a 6th cylinder misfire. They gave us the run around. So they said the truck was ready then when we went to pick it up the lady at the counter said it was the key. I can clearly see they don’t know issues but just have customers spending their hard earned money in which to be disappointed. Anyways the guy Jt stated it was the power train module and he was going to call Friday and it’s now Monday. Husband called the owner or whomever says Jr handles that and he will call first thing Tuesday morning. I think this is a litigation case and I will take it there. If they didn’t know how to fix it. They should have said something instead of wasting our money. I just want the vehicle fixed. If I were any other customer If it’s not a simple oil change do not take your vehicle there. The manager was very rude. He really didn't say anything, made slight suggestion that I didn't understand because it was one word and look the other way like he just wanted me to leave and felt racist. He needs to work on his customer service skills

Starter went out on my Jeep, my extended warranty sent me to Precision and were charging me crazy deductibles back to back. Spoke to the shop directly to find out it would be a lot cheaper to just fix the issue outta pocket! Saved me about $600. I will honestly say they are very nice and knowledgeable. Got me up and running in a few hours! I definitely recommend for small repairs!

I did everything the shop asked me to do.I was meet with misleading information, was told wrong information, lied to about what was done and what they couldn’t do, and had to get towed, because of poor work done.I reached out a week ago about the problems I have and have not gotten a response. I’ve called multiple times.

I would like to thank everyone at Precision. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. I was referred to them by Geico when my car broke down on I-95. I had to get towed to the shop, 7 hours from home. I was able to go online and schedule an appointment while waiting for the tow truck. They got me in, figured out where my car was leaking oil from, order the parts and fixed my car in several hours. I made it home safely thanks to them. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.Again thank you!Ron. From Tampa.
