Rude employee. She started an argument with me the customer as I was completing the transaction at the fuel desk. I hope she does like thins with all customers When asked her name she refused to give so I took a photo.

There is lots of parking and the workers are very friendly. However, the showers are absolutely disgusting. Gives off the vibe that someone passed away in there. The trash was not emptied from the previous person and it was generally unclean. Wouldn't recommend this location because of the pbviaou hygiene issues.

Truckers parking lot is small. Showers were small but clean. A lot of good food places in walking distance.

Sometimes they are modern. Flashy are sometimes very careless. It depends on the city where you go. The ones I visited before were very nice, but this one did not give a good impression. Even the bathroom.

A very busy fueling area with convenience store that I would skip again. However it's not Pilots Travel fault in my opinion. It's a popular exit with food. Fuel was just under $4. The gas station shows it's age, but the pumps worked fine and little debris in the area. The convenience area is small, I did not go in. Easy off and on, but I would skip. 2.5 rounding up as no issues with pumping.
