Just another dirty Pilot. But what I don't see often are restrooms that are so dirty. You can't physically use the restroom, it's so dirty. Oh yeah, the showers don't work either. Don't stop here.

Rude staff. I went to this location on today around 5:15 to load paper money to my cash app account. I brought up my barcode 3 different times & the cashier claimed it failed. I thought it was really suspicious considering that never happened before. She suggested I call cash app to figure out what was going on. Once I contacted cash app support, they stated that it was no issue on their end and that it has to be an issue on Pilot's end. They suggested that I should try again at my earliest convenience. I called the Pilot to speak with the same cashier who claimed it failed. She hung up on me. I will not come back to this location to add cash again. That was very sketchy on that cashier's end. It seems as if she was about to get off and wasn't concerned about my transaction at all. No thanks!

Staff is very rude and will ignore you standing at the check out for several minutes. Bathrooms were dirty and smelled like a mixture of dirty gym socks and rotten eggs. No bueno.

This location is on the DO NOT STOP list. It's tight getting in. Employees were nice. Except Jemal. Who needs to be fired for incompetence. He will accuse anyone of being racist if you even ask him a question. Corporate needs to look in on this.

Waited over 1hr 20mins for a shower at 5am at this location wasn’t busy at all once shower opened up never did my phone get a notification then I went up to desk and ask lady to see she went back and checked and told me anything she never checked I just seen a gentleman leave with his bag so o waited for another 30 mins and then another gentleman came out so then I went and myself and boom their showers doors wide opened needed to be clean that’s all so I then go back and ask and they still tell me they full I say no go check they are empty just sad if you don’t wanna work don’t show up now I’m running behind just because of this issue need better management please and thank you!!!!

Gas was priced competitively compared to regional area. The store was large with plenty of selections to choose from. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be, but it was ok. The front desk was helpful.
Would recommend.

Quick and easy on/off. Car/truck parking. Has smaller lot for trucks. Taco Bell and Subway. Shoneys within walking distance. Pecan store with bakery and ice cream right next door. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels".

I went into the store after a 10 hr drive...they had a sale buy 2 small bags of lays get $1 off...the idiot working there and managing the place doesn't understand that cheetos and lays are all owned by the same company...she thinks cheetos makes cheetos? so I tried to call to explain as I left my cell phone at the hotel and called and Jasmine wanted to argue about it instead of just learning something new and that's sad...no wonder the shelves are full and the sale is going on?
