I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from Lorenzo Brown! I'd had a terrible experience with an online company, and needed living room furniture ASAP. I told him what I needed, and he showed me around. He was helpful, but not pushy. And when I found what I liked, he delivered - literally! That day!! We will be back for anything we need in the future. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in customer service!

From the moment we walked through the doors to the end of our transactions, the sales manager Lorenzo was very friendly & very knowledgeable about all of the products in his store. Any questions that we had, were answered with ease. If there was something that we inquired about, he made it his business to look it up on the kiosk to see if it was available or able to get it. He made us aware about the different payment options that were available. The furniture is reasonably priced for any income. In all, Our first visit was an enjoyable one! He certainly has returning customers!!!

The worst experience of furniture purchasing, I've experience. We purchase our bed room furniture in more than enough time to have it delivered by move in day, yet on move in day we had only half of what we were promised. It took over 2 weeks of breaking promises and no show appointments. till we finally received the furniture. Fear of going thru that nightmare will keep us from purchasing there again.

Lorenzo Brown was an excellent help today. He helped me furnish my WHOLE apartment for way cheaper than the 3 other places I've went to ! There is alot of stuff to choose from. He has made me feel 100x's better with moving into my 1st apartment. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. ASK FOR LORENZO !

This was my second time visiting this store. The first time in 1995. The sectional I bought was very good quality furniture. This year 2022's visit was very pleasant. The sales manager Lorenzo Brown was very helpful. I had several options of paying. I was that customer that comes in right at closing and he was still very patient. For anyone curious about shopping here, no worries. It's a great place to shop and also check out the budget room upstairs. Five stars all around.

I bought bedroom furniture back in Sept and I still don't have the dresser. I have since bought other furniture for another bedroom and living room from other places and have gotten all what I ordered from the other companies, 1 place being their sister company, Ashley's. I have called several times for status, asking if I can get the floor model and every time I keep being told no, no updates. It is now 5 months since I have order this dresser and they haven't done anything to help me get a dresser that I have already paid for. Even Ashely's told me a 2 month delay in getting the entire living set I purchased. I have the entire bedroom set except for 1 dresser that I really need to put clothes in. I can see maybe a couples months delay but we are now going on almost 6 months and I am missing 1 piece of furniture.
