Love this Pharmacy, never takes long to speak to friendly people. Jeff will do anything in the world for you. It is really going back to how things were done in the good old days, when no one was a number or part of push button phone tree. Service at its finest.

Brand New to this pharmacy…honestly not worthy of 1 star….Went in to pickup my first 5 Rxs…( of 10 monthly rxs ).Yes close to closing, but had just arrived back into town…I walked in past 1employee to right who looked up at drop off, directly past 2 employees sitting on counter directly to right talking and 1 employee directly in front of me at cash register..As I stood Directly in front of 3 and and in utter disbelief waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence with no one making the effort , I walked out… As medical professional in Florence for 34 yrs, I will find one of the many pharmacies in Florence that would appreciate my business (10 Rxs per month) Wasn’t familiar with this pharmacy when someone mentioned pharmacy was located in West Florence more convenient location, not as busy, easy to get in and out of….Well, I think I know why they are not as busy and pretty obvious based on reception received why that is… I will make sure the Medical professional that mentioned this location is aware of the absolute lack of attention to customer service I received…..Needless to say my Rxs will be movedBack to previous pharmacy, where it is busy but customer service is second to none…I’ll happily deal with the busy…
