They changed the oil, checked all the turn signals, checked air filter, checked the in cabin air filter, asked me if I wanted them to change them, and gave me pricing for each if I wanted. It was a very enjoyable experience. They seemed knowledgeable and enjoyed doing their job. They even showed the color and level of the oil before leaving. “This was my very first time visiting Take 5. The employees and manager were very nice and friendly. I did have an issue after leaving with my oil plug cover dislodging and scraping in the road which destroyed the cover. It did take a week for the manager to call me about resolving the issue, found out it was because he was out of state with family, as he should’ve been. He is now working to get my cover replaced which is exactly what I wanted. I know mistakes happen, it just says a lot that he is making good on that mistake. I would still recommend!”
