If I could give it -5 ⭐️ I would.Weeks in a row a scheduled pickup for 1st class business traveler and no one at station to pick up rental. Why? Scheduled pick up even to coincide with Pterodactyl Airlines arrival times - not a soul in sight to release scheduled pickup. Why??

Let down. I had to drive 1 hr to another location after the staff left early from this location. Place closes at 9pm and staff left before 8:30pm. It thru my rental period completely off. I was taking my dad to a football game on Saturday and didn't have a car on Thursday. On Friday the agent at the new location followed up with the agent from my original complaint. I was compensated by the manager at the original location once I returned the vehicle. Stressful way to start a fun vacation.

My experience was great we used the car one day Les then expected and got refunded was awesome

Can't drop off the car if the Airport is closed and no one bothers to mention any of this when renting the car. The airport closes when the last flight is done, so if the flight gets canceled then the place closes too.

I have rented cars at this location many times and it is always an excellent experience. I often arrive outside their typical hours of operation and they send someone in to ensure I get my keys and have a great experience! I will continue to rent from National in Florence every time I need a rental. They are the best!
