The middle arrangement was what I paid for, the premium version. The other two depict what my recipient received. Immediately after I called Lovingly with my concern, the florist who created the arrangement called my number and asked to speak to the recipient, which was my mom. I told him, his name was Ray and i believe he was the owner, that I was the sender and i would speak with him. The combative conversation the ensured was a minimum five minutes. He told me several things. They were:.It is hard finding yellow flowers this time of year. That was the best he could do.My response:Would you use something similar?.He could replace the flowers that had petals falling off of them but he would have to replace them with the same flower from the same bunch as the first one he used.My response:Would you replace them with something similar?.He would need the arrangement back to replace the flowers.My response:Okay but that is very inconvenient because I'm in Charleston SC and my mom is in bed in hospice in Florence SC..It was too far from the store to drive there again so he wanted me to bring the arrangement back to him to redo.My response:The same as the previous response..The fact that I paid over $100 and expected more for the arrangement didn't matter because the florist received only $85.My response:If you're unhappy with the arrangement you have with Lovingly you should discontinue working with them. He then told me it was none of my business who he worked with.. They were doing Christmas flowers this time of year so yellow would be hard to come by.My response:I'm agreeable to you doing a Christmas arrangement. He seemed aggravated I suggested that unless I paid for another arrangement.. He would not refund or replace the arrangement, only the flowers that were dying.I ended up agreeing to ask my niece to put the flowers on the outdoor steps so he could come replace them. The flowers that were dying were yellow daisies and there were no daisies in the picture of the arrangement I purchased. The vase was not orange, as pictured. The roses were supposed to be yellowish orange with pink tips, which are her favorite, and you can see there are none. There were supposed to be spray roses and there are none. There was supposed to be orange gerber daisies and there are none. I offered to send him a picture of what I purchased and what I received and he was not interested.He made me feel like I was acting ridiculous.

I ordered a gift basket that was delivered today to a family member that lives in Florence. I don't live in the area and wasn't sure where to order from. The selection was pathetic. I was so embarrassed when I was sent the picture of the fruit basket. It was just thrown together no rhyme or reason, the pecans were out date, expired in August 2022, the bananas were turning black. Shame on you for sending out such a pathetic basket, for the price that was charged. I will be disputing the charges of this product and also will be contacting Ava's flowers since this is who I went through, and they trusted you to delivery quality products. I also have pictures of the basket that was sent and the expired pecans.

Received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, delivered to my door! I could tell the flowers were fresh, and that the owner takes pride in his business. Will for sure be using for my future floral needs!

I’ve had flowers delivered to my daughter on a few occasions and they have done fabulous work! Arrangements are full and beautiful and last a very long time!!

I ordered flowers from 1800flowers and Mums is the florist that was chosen to fill the order. The bouquet arrived some stems broken and only one rose when there should've been at least 5. I informed 1800flowers of this and they apologized and stated they would have a bouquet delivered to my mom fresh from the farm via fedex. I checked tracking and the flowers were sent to the florist. The florist didn't call or deliver the flowers so I had to call 1800flowers back and inform them of the issue. Thanks to 1800flowers my mom will receive her bouquet via FedEx this time.

So I ordered online from Avas it came from mums half of flowers don’t have pedals it’s wrong size and whoever was working claimed that I was lying. As you can see I wasn’t, I called Ava’s they tried to send me new ones which I said no way if same place would do them. The person at store was rude said they didn’t look that way when they left funny thing I bought three bouquets others look fine. I will never do business with these rude people. Their work is terrible and they don’t take any responsibility. Hopefully this gets read and you don’t put yourself through what I had to go through. I will be telling everyone I see about this so hopefully no one gets treated this way again!!

Very easy to work with and came through last minute to help with 2 small arrangements for my mother in laws memorial. And they turned out gorgeous. Will definitely use them again!

I use "Mums The Word" frequently to send Beautiful arrangements to my Wife at work and they have always been on time and has always exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend if you're looking for quality work at an affordable price!

Do NOT by any means order from this place!! They are ignorant took my 86. Sent email my mother's flowers had been delivered in Florence when they actually forwarded the order back to my hometown of MT. Pleasant. When I called the guy who answered took 15 minutes and still was not able to look up my order. Then owner finally got on phone and was extremely rude and hung up on me!

I am very please with the service and also with my flowers arrangement. My fiance showered me with flowers on my bday. I got 2 flowers arrangement from 1800 flowers and they were delivered in a box so I had to cut the ends and arrange them. 1800 made an error so instead of sending my flowers via UPS they used MUM THE WORD FLORIST. When I got the flowers from MUM WORD I saw the difference from ordering with 800...... my flower arrangement was so pretty. Next day I got more flowers and it was again from MUM WORD, once again I was very please with flowers and service. I told my fiance from now on just do it directly with MUM WORD FLORIST. You would also be saving on delivery charges.

The roses were very pretty but I had to remove the jungle looking leaves with berries due to a nasty allergy outbreak and there was no baby's breath to brighten the deep red. 😔

The flowers in the arrangement I had delivered today were not like the picture on the website, they are unattractive and very expensive and I would have never known except my niece sent me a photo and I was disgusted.
